Water was shut off several times due to renovations. Missing any sort of pool bars/refreshments. Staff were nice but some were rude. Not exactly the cheapest of stays for how bad the inside looks due to the on going construction.

Undergoing renovations so disruptive, messy entrance. Shower is tiny lacks water pressure. No water offered on arrival. Price too high for current situation while renovating.

Only because of the current renovations, there was construction noise during the day and the pool was closed for a few days.

Central to Waikiki beach, restaurants and shops. New pool and gym are top level and always clean. We were in a newly renovated room which was spacious and comfortable. Always clean, staff were friendly and helpful.

No breakfast was included, quite expensive for the amount of noise and construction happening during the day and night. I could have gotten a motel for similar experience at a much cheaper price.

The bed was exceedingly soft and I felt like I was going to fall out. I now know where the areas car parks are.

The newly refurbished rooms were fresh and spacious and the hotel is ideally positioned for Waikiki Beach and surrounds.

Configuration of room was advertised incorrect . Booked a 2 bedroom with one bed and the other room with 2 beds .Misadvertised as there were only one bed in each . Also did not mention that some facilities were not available due to hotel renovations. Bar etc was not open . Bathrooms could have been larger especially in the suite.

Location is excellent close to the beach and shops . Rooms were brand new with renovations. Beach view was great .

The old rooms on the lower floors, dark and dingy, but we did love the newly renovated room they gave us after I told them we didn't like the old rooms.

I didn't like the first 2 rooms, dingy and pretty dirty, but I took a few pics, and they gave me a beautifully renovated room on the 15th floor, so I was happy. I know all of the rooms will be renovated soon so that is wonderful, I will go there again.

Hot water in the shower took a very long time, and was only lukewarm when it finally came. To be fair, there are some refurbishing works being carried out.

Location in Waikiki was excellent. 5 minute walk from the beach.
