We missed breakfast in 1st morning as it was closed by 9 am and we’re not told when we checked in the night before.

Breakfast was fair. Eggs are difficult to keep fresh. Fruit was limited.

The breakfast was nasty, microwaved "sausage" and watery fake eggs. No cereal that kids like. The orange juice was clearly watered down to the point it didn't even taste like orange juice and same with the apple juice. The batter for the waffles was nasty too. The staff was beyond rude and unfriendly. The guy making breakfast kept the same blue glove on one hand while he was "making breakfast" (again, microwave) and checking people in and NEVER changed it between tasks. One girl didn't know how to make waffles and was trying to figure it out and the woman working came over and jerked it out of her hand and flipped it over.

There was a clean bed, the shower had hot water, our room was conveniently located to both the exit and breakfast

The room did not have a regular curtain. The big window was covered with sheer curtain that let in light, car lights, & people could see in & we could see through the sheers. The only regular curtain was only a few inches & was fixed in place. Luckily we had a plastic felt backed table cloth in the trunk of the car that we used plastic bag clips to cover the sheer curtains. Never have seen this before!!!! very disturbing with lack of privacy. Place was kinda old. Didn't like the location. Parking lot was dark & scary.

Breakfast was fine for my husband but I couldn't eat Anything there. I'm gluten free & have allergies. Decaf coffee was OK . we didn't use the pool or other offers. We're there to see family. Bed was big & ok.

Greeting upon check-in was borderline hostile and made me want to leave. She did not give her name, but may have been something like Shayleigh. Facility is tired looking and a bit depressing, old. Needs renovation. Breakfast unimaginative and not up to other Comfort Inns.

Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Other Comfort Inns offer more options. Marie seems to wear many hats and tried to make us feel welcome. Great location near 95.

The front desk staff was standoffish. The AC didn't work properly in the room and was so loud that you had to yell to hear each other talk.

I was told that the hotel wasn't PET-FRIENDLY I have severe allergies so I try to stay in hotels that are NOT PET-FRIENDLY. When I got up the next morning I saw a guest with her dog walking the hall and getting on the elevator.

I liked the ease of checking in Andrew was a great person to ask about where to eat and other attractions nearby. The housekeeper was very nice on keeping us informed about when our room will be ready.

The amount of garbage thrown out on packing lot, was terrible. Only one garbage can outside and guests were to lazy to use.

The hotel had a distinct smell of smoke (the illegal kind). During our stay, a group of young men hung out, leaving trash behind in the parking lot, which the staff never came out to clean....the swimming pool was drained and being repainted. The shower area was unkempt with soap scum on fixtures...The uphoster on lobby furniture was unkempt and needed to be steam cleaned or replaced...

The location was in close proximity to shops and restaurants.

Comfort Inn exceeded our expectations! We wanted a clean and quiet place to spend the night in after our drive from North Georgia and this was the perfect place. It's also a pretty short drive to downtown Savannah where we went for our meals. I was a bit hesitant at first because some reviews were negative about cleanliness but honestly the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Staff at check in could have been more attentive to us a bit on her cell but did offer us a rebate on trolley tour. Attendant one evening asked to use our lighter as we were going out for a cigarette and mentioned that it was for cannabis I believe at the end of his shift but saw him still working an hour later.And we could smell it later on the lobby entrance. The room could have had small table in an empty area where we could sit.

Close to amenities and close drive to historic Savannah. Only 30 minutes from Tydee Island beaches.
