You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaOur only complaint is that it was a tad bit nosey in the early morning hours with what sounded like a couple arguing or up to no good. We ended up getting up earlier than expected and checking out for breakfast. We're from Vegas so we're used to the city that never sleeps, but had hoped we got some more peaceful rest together.
We booked a night to celebrate Valentine's Day and I really liked all the white lights outside and the outdoor seating areas throughout the property. Great place to relax with a few drinks and chill. The room was nice and clean. We also had the chance to meet the new property manager John and was able to chat with him for awhile . He is a very nice gentlemen who resolved an issue we had with another guest in a quick and professional manner.

United States of AmericaThe room hadn’t been swept. There wasn’t enough toilet paper and the restroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and the shower needs a facelift. The bed sheets felt clean but not the blankets. There was no complementary hand soap.
The man at front desk, manager, was really kind, friendly, and helpful. I like that we were able to walk to the restaurants and enjoy the evening after a tired work day. The bed was ok on cleanliness.

United States of AmericaThe room was supposed to be 2 queen beds and it was 2 full size. They offer a kitchen but you should bring your own stuff unless you want 2 frying pans 5 forks a spoon and a knife. The coffee pot was on top of the cabinets sick was a Keurig but no pods. They offered no soap and a half roll of toilet paper and the room smelled horrible. The staff walked around smoking so everywhere you went was the stench of cigarettes and were NOT helpful or even friendly. The parking was fine on the weeknights but on the weekend we had to park, 5 blocks away.
It was very lovely to look at and easy to find.
