I loved everything about this property. Beautiful view, clean place, if you have a question they’re quick to answer them for you and all for a great price. Definitely recommend staying here

I could not find visitor parking in the orange garage, it was all just numbered, but we made it lol. My mom who stayed the whole stay, & brother who came to visit, are afraid of heights, the apartment is many stories high, i wont give away the floor, but they did not like that. I loved it bc of the view, but just be aware if you are afraid of heights. The beds in the 2nd bedroom are a little too big for the space, and not very soft, but is good for fitting more people on the beds for bigger families, so I understand. Its just a tight fit lol. Besides that, everything was awesome!

The couches were very comfortable & big, the bed in the master bedroom was so soft & comfy. The bathtubs/shower were big & the water pressure was awesome. I loved how they had a coffee maker & coffee available, as well as many important condiments. All the cookware & dinnerware you could need as well. The view was great as well. The pool & especially the jacuzzi was awesome as well. The staff was great at communicating & responding quickly. The unit was very clean & comfortable & even had shampoo & conditioner available. Overall great stay!

The balcony . Only a personal thing the balcony was too narrow for me to use . It was a shame as the views are lovely . It is of no fault of the owners but I was not aware this was an air b &b property . As I use booking .com regularly I just assumed it was a hotel/apartment holiday block . I will certainly be more careful Next time when using booking.com . Because it was air b&b there was lots of work before even getting to the venue e.g having to pay security deposit / car parking etc .

Property was clean, spacious, and in a prime location! My family and I had a wonderful time and would definitely go back. We didn’t have a car while we were there and felt like we could walk everywhere (mall,beach,restaurants etc) would highly recommend!

A lot of hype about building rules kind of makes you feel like a second class citizen. Also, the whole way in which the deposit is collected and returned is a bit sketchy…

The condo was in excellent shape & met our needs. The scenery was beautiful & was in a safe location. Most of it was a walking distance to the ocean, shopping & restaurants.

its a private apartment building and there seems to be problem between owners of the apartment and building administration. The floor is painted with some chemicals which makes socks greasy and dirty

Felt like a criminal. Not allow to use main entrance. You are subject to a fine if you ask any employee a question. No response to text asking how to leave keys in apartment when leaving when key was needed to access parking floor.

No Pool No Hottub I was very upset it's why I didn't mind paying that much Plus No HotTub fake Advertising Not Cool

Really enjoyed the view it was decent a bit pricey first it took about 30mins sitting in my car waiting for keys lady was very nice the parking space is very tight extra small very upset because we couldn't wait to get in the Pool it's wasn't working they said they up dated us to a Penthouse 🤔 with a hot tub No HotTub I was very disappointed 😢 it was why I choose to pay this amount they said we could go to the next building Really I don't Think so they Should have given me some of my. MONEY Back other than that I would have rented it often I'll just have to find something else where we can enjoy a hottub and a Pool

Fridge water/ice broke down the first day, maintenance came to try to sort the problem out but not able to so we had no filtered water or ice for the stay. The kitchen was well supplied but looked a little tired with wraps coming off cupboards, nowhere to sit down for a meal comfortably. The apartment could use just a little but of an updated having said that it was still very comfortable.

Excellent location, easy instructions on getting to and into the property. Plenty of towels and utensils, kitchen items and storage. Beds comfortable.Fantastic views over Long Beach Harbour

bookings.com The owners were great, bookings.com harassed me with parking fees, I had to create a PayPal to pay. it wouldn’t take my visa debit for some reason. Bookings.com threatened to cancel my stay the 3 rd day in, because I couldn’t get the deposit/ parking figured out. we were out for the day and when I came back, my phone was blow up with threats of kicking us out. I tried and tried to pay online, however the site would t take my Canadian visa debit for some odd reason. it finally was settled after my fiancé opened a pay pal account.
