Our room had an adjoining door. There were high school or college kids in the adjoining room (the hotel seems to cater to large high school or college groups). For the most part they were quiet, but one night there was a group of kids in the adjoining room making a lot of noise until about 02:00 am, even after we complained to the front desk about the noise. Also, the kids were very sloppy, leaving garbage around the pool and in the elevators, which the hotel never seemed to clean.

The kitchen was not well stocked, with what you would expect. No tea kettle, no can opener, & no grater. Not enough dishes, or glasses & the mugs were too small for a decent cup of coffee. The dishwasher didn't work & the water in the ensuite bathroom was not hot at all. It took 2 days to get it fixed. Very disappointed that the outdoor water park was not running or available. You can tell the hotel is older and would benefit from some updates. The room was somewhat clean as the floors were disgusting. My grandsons feet & knees were so dirty from crawling around that we went out & bought swiffer wet cloths & washed them so he could crawl around & not get so dirty. Overall we had an amazing time as a family & enjoyed our stay.

The 2 bedroom suite met all our needs. The location was perfect. The beds were so comfortable. Loved that it had a washer & dryer right in the suite.

The breakfast had a large selection to choose from. Loved the indoor pool and arcade for my son. It rained almost all weekend but had plenty to do especially having an indoor pool.

I didn’t like that I had to do housekeeping. The freezer part of the refrigerator was so full of ice that you could not even get an envelope in there. So we took pictures and went to front desk. They send someone up to clean the freezer. He tried is best but couldn’t even get much out. The manager said that we need to unplugged the fridge and clean it when it’s defrost. I didn’t pay my money for this. I came to have a relaxing weekend not to do housekeeping.

We booked a King Suite with an Ocean View. When we arrived we found we had a double balcony room! The views were amazing, and the room was very spacious and clean! All the hotel amenities were better than we could have asked for, and the beach is just a few feet away!

Someone got sick in the hallway. (Not the hotels fault) I informed the front desk and someone was there within 5 minutes to clean it, but they did not do a great job and you could still see it after they were done.

The room was exactly what was pictured. The pillows on the bed were the best part. The staff was efficient and friendly. We spent a lot of time at the pools, it was great to have so many options.

Takes forever for water to turn hot if you take a night shower. The door would take forever to open with the key. Complained 2 times and they never fixed it.

The ocean view is amazing. It’s pretty clean.

I didn't like the lack of safety features. Anyone could enter the side and back entrances without a key card.
