The shower had low pressure and I couldn’t get warm water. It was either cold or hot. The coffee pot didn’t work well either and you had to unplug the microwave to use coffee pot and vice versa. The bedspread, lamps and furniture were very dated and worn. The sheets and pillows were good though.

The best part was the view. Amazing view of Machinac Island and Bridge. The sunset each night was beautiful and they topped it off with fireworks on Friday night! 💥 It was also a very quiet motel, which was great.

The water went out and was out for one evening and part of the next day. Wasn't offered a discount. Could hear people in the rooms next door Thought there was a pool on-site but it was at a different motel

Got there about 6pm. Got our room to find that the receptacle in the bathroom was hanging out the wall. Half the room did not have electricity. i had the staff come look and they did nothing for me, no new room. It was too late to find a new hotel. So I got no sleep worried about the plug hanging out the wall.

Shower head was very low. Screen in bathroom was ripped in one room and door handle was loose in our 2nd room.

Beautiful location with amazing sunrises. Quiet. Great value. Nice pillows and towels. Grateful for the blackout curtains bc of the sun rise. Good size mini Refrigerator in the room, microwave. Coffee pot with small filter coffees (not the greatest).Close enough to ride bikes to town and the ferries.

Room was dirty and and had garbage from previous tenant. Bugs infesting the main lobby as well as the room

Hole in floor in the bathroom, cold shower no matter what, the shower was at my shoulders and I'm only 5'3". The room stunk, and you have to go 3 buildings down to check in and out because they own 3 different ones but only work out of 1. The TV only had one channel that was the guide scrolling channel with no way to do anything. They said they don't do housekeeping unless requested 24 hours in advance. Oh, and the one they work out of is the only place for an ice machine or vending machine that works.

The price wasn't horrible. 90 bucks for a night

TV didn't work. The roku had to be updated, so I put in the wifi password and let it. Next screen was the setup screen and it had never been setup. No account or login info had ever been entered. So I had a TV that I couldn't use and I really needed it to drown out the sound of the man coughing in the adjacent room.

They lost my reservation so they put me in a different motel with no electric plug in the bathroom for a hairdryer. No coffee pot. No microwave. Dirty power strip in bedroom where they had a bedside light and refrigerator plugged in. The room itself was dirty. The bed was uncomfortable but clean. Shower was cracked and dirty. The sink needs a washer. Water spewed all over the bathroom when I turned it on. Could not use it at all.

Nothing. Didn't get to stay in this motel because they lost my reservation.
