The hotel bar serves coffee with disposable cup which is annoying and not fitting the hotel standards. The hotel offers a nice rooftop view, but in fact it is closed even for hotel guests, which was disappointing and misleading. Pricy breakfast.

Our stay was very good, the room was comfortable and a bit small but as expected. It was clean with a nice window view, provided with comfortable sheets and bed. The location was central for roaming in the soho streets, and close to the metro station. The breakfast was very good as well.

Quality of finish in the bathroom area (poorly applied sealant really spoiled the look). Ridiculously small sink. Needs returns and pelmets for the curtains to block the light. No stand for luggage

Staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant for Sunday Brunch was great. Close to Metro. Great atmosphere in this area. Bed was comfortable.

There needs to be coffee in the room. Just a nespresso machine would be fine. But if you don't do that, at least leave the coffee station in the lobby open all day instead of only until 10 am.

The room distribution was a bit "tricky".

Great location, near restaurants, shops and subway & city bikes. Staff was great and elevators were quick! We got a corner room in a high floor and views were amazing!

Second floor lobby somewhat tight in space. Although they were smart in creating spaces, storage space, particularly in the restroom is tight.

Our room was only available at 4:00 pm - a little too late in my opinion. in addition, the room itself was very small and not very comfortable. AC was a bit weak, and the bath looked old and damaged. For this price i would expect more (1812$ for 5 nights, no breakfast included).

Great location - rooms compact but comfortable and good shower. Friendly staff. Could get packages delivered to hotel prior to arrival at no additional charge. Close to subway stations - easy to get around - close to excellent restaurants and shops - would definitely come back again.

Very small room ! lots of noise from customers slamming with their doors . Lots of noise from all the Air Conditioning units on the roofs. Hall in the morning not cleaned: garbage left on carpets in the hall

Room service was pretty expensive for the limited menu. There was supposed to be a QR code with the updated menu in our room, however it wasn’t there. Room service menu should be snackable, shareable items, with a couple main dishes.

Didn’t like drawers in bottom of bed for clothes. No slippers. No glasses in bathroom for drinking water or for toothbrushes/toothpaste. Coffee shop not open until 11 am on Sunday.

Great location. Very comfortable bed. Great gym. Lots of mirrors. Could open windows for fresh air. Good ti have iron plus ironing board which I used. Attractive restaurant and bar.
