as the other reviews reported, room was not spacious but it is ok because I would not get a party in the room. For me, hotel is just sleeping place only so, no comlaint on it.

Location covers everything but there are some more like Staff was also helpful and kind. Mostly satisfied me.

The only thing that was a bit negative was that we specifically hung the "do not disturb" sign outside as we didn't need or want cleaning but housekeeping still cleaned our room. While cleaning, they then broke my adapter and left it there. When I mentioned it at the reception, they didn't offer any compensation for it.

It's a cute little hotel at Nob Hill, very centric. The beds are comfortable, everything is clean and there is free water and tea downstairs. Everything was great.

The room virtually bare of furniture. A bed , 2 small bedside tables nothing else. Lighting was very, very poor.

Very stylish hotel rooms could have been bigger but given the space in San Fransisco it’s understandable.

The biggest downside was the wifi connection. In our room, which was at the end of the hallway, there was almost no connection. There was also a minor problem with hot water in the shower but it was fixed in couple of minutes.

A very good experience. Nicely furnished rooms in an old, renovated, stylish building. The staff is very friendly. We were able to check in earlier and leave our luggage after check out that helped us get the most from the city. The neighborhood is fine, 10-15min drive from most of the attractions. Some of them within walking distance.

There was a lack of ventilation and the window did not open properly. The hotel is closer to Tenderloin than expected, however that was my own fault for not researching this more.

The design was modern and clean. Offered free coffee and waters everyday.

Hot, stuffy room with only a ceiling fan, no aircon. Fair amount of noise from outside. Very small room with the door unable to fully open making it difficult to get luggage into the room. Shower door hard to close due to being out of alignment.

The hotel did everything it said it would.

Location was good. Central. Scenic and near plenty of shops and places to eat. The room was lovely and cosy. It had everything I needed. Clean. No breakfast at property but plenty of cafes nearby to choose from. Tea and coffee were provided in the lobby.

There were very few places to actually put things—one ottoman and one side table (which was half covered with a lamp) meant lots of strategizing between what we pulled out of our luggage at a given moment.

Very comfortable bed, quiet even though I’ve know that part of SF to have street traffic, and it was lovely to have windows to open :)

No parking, and staff was not clear on where to park. We ended up at the SP parking next door, and paid around 60 dollars for 48 hours. Overall we were happy with that however it would have been more helpful if the staff could tell us in advance where to park, and/pr if the property could give discounts on several garages

It is very good for the price. The rooms are nice, it has a nice view on the main road, and for the price we paid we could not have asked for more. We would return

Great location geographically, as it’s easy to get everywhere from there, but it is close to the Tenderloin area although we didn’t have any issues. Hotel was a very good price overall so can’t complain.

Trendy and clean room with comfortable bed and good location. What it lacks in space it makes up for with charm and personality. Would definitely stay here again!

Sometimes the custodial staff didn’t do a thorough clean of the rooms

I liked the style, front desk staff were incredibly helpful, the size of my first room and last room before checking out were perfect. The fact also they offered complimentary water and coffee or tea was a delight. Overall it was a great experience.

Walls and windows are thin, even when windows are closed expect constant noise from emergency vehicles and people shouting at all hours of the day and night.

Very good value for money. Small rooftop seating area is a nice touch.
