Some changes about pool time. For the last 10 years it’s never been like that when the pool is closed very early at 8.00 p.m. in the evening time while the other hotels’ pools are open till 10.00 p.m at the same seashore. People come to enjoy their rest but not stay in the room after 8.00 pm. That’s the biggest minus for this hotel. There is much lie on the part of the hotel managers about the city policy. Very disappointed.

TV in one room didn't work. Nobody was available on site to fix it. Front desk person was rude on combative. told me its my decision not to stay at Hyatt properties in the future. I had to wait 1 hour after check-in time to get my rooms horrible customer service.

Now the hotel sells daily to pases to non hotel guests, that arrives in the morning with coolers with drinks to the pool. when we checked in at 3:00 pm and went to the pool, there is no pool launches available for hotel guests, the only choice is cabanas at $200 a day or a new VIP area at $150 a day. This is not fair with guests like me, who pay for the stay and them can not use the pool

Every time I tried to get into my room, the key didn't work and I had to go back to the reception to fix it🤔The furniture and interior are a bit outdated, the hotel needs to be updated. The downstairs bar and pool is only open until 7pm🥺

Basically, everything was fine, good location, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Friendly staff, special thanks to the people who served my room 🫶🏻 Good noise insulation, it was quiet and peaceful. The hotel has 3 elevators, so you don't have to wait long to get to the top floor☝🏻 I also recommend visiting the spa downstairs, the massage was excellent 😌

The carpet in the hallway and room were old and stained. The furniture is out dated. They need to renovate asap.

The front desk was not very friendly. When I had questions about check in and the list of rules they made me sign, she was more worried about talking/flirting with other coworkers and making sure I put my credit card in the machine then answering my questions. Someone/manager had to step in to stop her from getting loud with me and they were able to answer my questions.

Property is still under renovation. The pool was great, a little too heated for me. The bedroom and hallways still need some work they are outdated. We had a hard time figuring out shower. We called the front desk and they said they would said someone but after 20 minutes we had to find two maids on the floor to help us.

It would really really be nice if you got all new carpet throughout or did flooring in the rooms due to sand and it just looks worn and old. Also the gym equipment especially the pelaton was disappointing I didn't even use it bc the seat wouldn't adjust and I bike daily so inwas bummed but the pool was awesome access to the beach was amazing and the bar was really great too.

The furniture is very old, the double beds are too narrow, the gym/fitness center is very very poor. You need to invest to the equipment and furniture.

Front desk staff were unhelpful on checkin, lifts were slow for a hotel of this size which made getting to our room a challenge. The hotel restaurant advertised in key card wallets and online is no longer open.
