The parking lot is too tight. First impression is poor. Looks more like a motel than a resort. There should be more "resort" activities. Morning yoga is nice, but more beach related activities throughout the day would add great value.

The property was beautiful with lots of amenities. The close proximity to the ocean was amazing! The Friday breakfast was fantastic! The staff here were super friendly and very accommodating! The use of grills and a washer and dryer was an extra bonus. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials to cook in your room. This location is also steps from the Gazebo and the Kapalua walking trail. We also were just a few minutes drive to DT Fleming beach which was great for boogie boarding. Napili Market was super close if you needed to grab some extra groceries.

Very much a personal taste thing but I thought the appartements could do with a little less furniture and nicknacks. Also bed a bit small for me and tall partner. Overall though amazing stay, would highly recommend

Nothing to do with the property but the area does not really have many restaurants close so you have to drive at all times to find food options. Since the apartment has a kitchen it might not be necesary to eat out at all times.

Very clean apartment, the kitchen was fully equipped and we felt very welcomed. The bed was super comfy and we could rest very well! The balcony was great! We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner there many times! The pool is very nice and the apartment is so convinently located at the beach. We would love to come back!

Online check in process, was provided the keycode and room details well before check in time - was able to head straight to the room upon arrival (we had arrived late at night, well after the reception office closed). Ability to walk straight to Napili Bay beach from the back of the property, which was incredibly convenient! Sufficient parking spaces within the property should you be hiring a car.

we loved the villagey athmosphere in napili, but depending on what you plan to do on maui, it might be a bit far away from the activities. we ended up driving for 2 hours most days, as most things to do are in the other end of the island.

we loved everything about the hotel, the two separate pool areas, the closeness to the beach, the sunsets, the kitchen allowed for food preparation and baking, with loads of tupperware for packed lunches! the staff was super friendly and communication was easy!

There is not much around the hotel. Must drive for eating and groceries all though there is a shopping center just a 20 min walk away.

The location is fabulous. We stayed in rm 101 which is at the end and right at the edge of the small cliff above the beach. Perfect view. The one bedroom is spacious. The property is not fancy but has everything a simple motel has.

I thing that for a long stay ( more than 3 days) intermediate cleaning services should be offered free of charge. Also we would appreciate changing the towels during our stay.

The property is located on the beach. We did snorkelling every day. One day we took boat trip for snorkelling but there were the same fishes that you could see from the resort. For those who like snorkelling a big plus ( We saw tortues every day). The room was big enough with a nice terrace- lanai (we really enjoyed the presence of the carpet in the room and on the terrace). We really appreciate the quality of the facilities ( filtered water, big fridge, fully equipped kitchen). The quality of the Wifi very good for US. Good mattress quality. The kitchen and the bathroom very well equipped with quality (granite countertops, Grohe installations etc). We really liked the fact the the place was really quiet and private We did not open the TV .. Free onsite parking ( big plus for such an expensive island). The staff was very friendly and always present which was a big plus ( I really appreciate taking with somebody instead of an email). You ask for an iron that was provided immediately, also additional blankets. They also helped as with recommendations for everything ( Thank you so much for your help). Beach towels could be change every day free of charge We ate at several restaurants - we really liked Mama's Fish House (good food comparative to Europe, we have been forced to have wallet parking but we ate at the bar without any reservations), second place - Duke (nice location good fish , terrible rice). We also tried the restaurant on the beach for happy hours - acceptable and convenient ( very good coconut shrimps with mango salad) as well as Joe's.

The beach here is better than the beach in front of the Ritz down the road. I loved having a full size fridge in the room. The restaurant Joey is nearby and has amazing food. The entire napili area is great.

Light in the room flickered non stop while we were there. Would have loved to have mid week cleaning, but somehow many hotels in Maui seem to have moved away from this model.

Amazing front desk staff. Friendly, and very helpful. Literally right next to a wonderful sandy bay to swim and see turtles. Immaculate property. Great to have a small kitchen. Rooms all seem to be nicely upgraded and very modern.

Loved the location, and the cleanliness of the unit. Also the unit was so nicely appointed and very welcoming. Had everything we needed for a comfortable, home away from home stay! Including fully stocked kitchen with nice appliances and beautiful bamboo cabinets! Wonderful to cook meals in! It was a studio, but spacious enough for the three of us, especially with the lanai. Good layout. Also very quiet. Also appreciated the efforts to reduce single use plastics, like shampoo dispensers in the shower and such. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the cleaning crew. Hope to stay here again!

The swimming pool was a bit too cold to really enjoy.

Location on Napili bay was great. Property was very clean and the condo was really cosy, with a very comfortable bed. It had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly. I thought it was great value overall.
