Me and my husband stayed here for the night just as a little get away, when we walked in the check in they were so incredibly nice and let us know they had Krispy cream donuts along with other thangs put out for the guest for free. We walked into the room and it was beyond clean and comfortable! I had no complaints at all about this stay and will for sure be staying again.

the only issue we experienced is having trouble to keep curtains from blocking the a/c air. had to get ties and tape the curtain so it didn't block the a/c air

like the location on main street and close to almost any store, restaurant you need. loved the heated swimming pool & hot tub. the services were great as well

Kids playing in hot tub Kids jumping in and out and playing in outdoor hot tub which is next to the swimming pool where they should have been .

Great Staff ,free Krispy Kreme doughnuts every morning! Great location ,loved the outdoor pool and hot tub ,my only complaint Is there should be a sign that says kids not be allowed in Hot tub without a adult ! Kids playing in it had to wait to get in several times ! The kids should be playing in the pool and Not the hot tub !

The pillows, we are spoiled by our pillows at home and maybe should have brought them along.

The shower was wonderful. Just like standing in a waterfall. Friendly staff, clean rooms, great coffee, home made cookies, location was convenient to restaurants and attractions. Other customers were very friendly. Rocking chairs in front of the rooms. Just a very nice vacation. Rooms have been updated nicely. Pool was clean, we didn't swim but looked nice.

The commode flushed but it did not fill up fast enough even after maintance looked at it. Never could get the parking space in front of our room. Always had to park a couple of spaces up or down from the room.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The location of the room was very convenient. Everything looked like the picture showed on the internet. The lamps, TV, and outlets were working.

If you have a hard time navigating stairs….be sure to ask for first level room. The are two levels but must take stairs to access second floor. Not big deal but may be problem for some.

Although the outside is dated, the rooms were the cleanest rooms I’ve stayed in a long time. The staff were super friendly as well. Location was close to where i needed to be (Women of Joy conference at LeConte Center). Great girl’s weekend for my daughter and I.

Nice motel near Dollywood and Smokey Mountains National Park. Rooms are spacious, very clean and have everything you need (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc.). Many parking lots available and secured. Staff is helpful and very friendly. Free donuts, cookies and popcorn available at the office :)

We just slept here so we didn't really use any of the extras like the pool. I can only give my review on the room and the staff.

We traveled 3 hours to visit Dollywood and rather than travel 3 hours back home in the same day we decided to get a cheap room to stay in. The reviews for this motel were great so we gave it a try. The rooms were super clean and the donuts, cookies, and popcorn were a sweet touch! The donuts were brought in fresh each morning from Krispy Kreme. The staff was also very friendly. We would stay here again.
