Window in room was broken(had cardboard taped over), bed had hole in corner looking like animal had nested in it, scratched wall from animals. Kids running around trying to get ice from empty machines.

It was on a Monday, there was no sign they had just cleaned the pool, and put chemical, the pool was still open, after going for a swim, the chemicals they had just added that morning gave me a real bad eye infection reaction with blisters irritation etc.

*The room was in disrepair including one that caused a small tear in my pants. *We were checked in and given a key for a room. The key did not work (and as it turned out it was because the room was occupied), so management took us to another room. *Later that evening, a man barged into the room without knocking. He said that he was management and wanted to check if anyone was there. *He later came back wanting to move us to another room because they wanted to give the room to someone else. I told him that I had booked the room online specifically requesting a first-floor room (and verifying this with the man who checked us in) because of my disabilities. My husband, who had driven for over 12 hours, was trying to sleep and he was getting angry and I let him know this. *He later came back to ask me what my name was - that he needed to make sure. I told him that we would be requesting a refund because this was unacceptable. I made the request when we checked out early the next morning, and they told me that they might consider a partial refund because we actually spent the night. I couldn't believe it! *A month later - still no refund of any kind!

I was told by multiple front desk associates that I could extend my stay and when I tried I was told that due to it being through booking.com that I would have to do a reservation at a different price with the front desk. Which actually cut down my amount of time I could stay here at the motel. I have never had this issue with any other hotel before.

Elevator was out of service and the stairway had a weird smell. The plumbing in the restroom kept making noises when toilet has been flushed. Housekeeping never came to give us clean towels during our stay.

This is the second time visiting El Paso in the past 2 months. Last time was a different hotel, same experience though. For three nights at almost $300 and for what we got was not worth it at all. This hotel was under a remodel? The elevator was not working and of course our room was on the third floor. It was hot in the entire hotel. The carpet was had noticeable stains which was pretty gross and the shower kept holding water, which at a point it would not drain. The room had a bad odor to it. Overall it was not worth the money I paid and an unpleasant stay. The staff was nice, no complaints there.

The paint was chipped on the walls in hallway on the third floor, the elevator was not working, the washing machine was inoperable. I had to take the stairs as the elevator was out of order (no sign posted), then there was a roach in the stairwell. Lastly, when I went to the front desk to return my key no one was there. Threw There was another couple there waiting to check in. The wait to turn in my room key was over 10 mins. No sign was left at the front desk, it was just unattended.

It could have been a lot clearer. It was super Dusty a lot of dirty around the window. I didn't like how the bathroom looked like they haven't cleaned it in a few days there wasn't enough towels and nobody came to check on us at all the whole time we where there we had to flag down a cleaning lady to ask for towels and tissues.

We didn't try the breakfast honestly. Nobody really talked to us when we arrived they gave us our key and that was it. It was a good location close to my work.

The odor on the 2nd floor hallway. I hate the odor of cigarette or marijuana and I would’ve rather smelled that than the odor in the carpet/hallway.
