The maid service did not give us new towels the second morning even though we were told they would.

The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

Dusty/plaster crumbs in window sill, automatic bathroom fan needs more vacuum effect. Bed is extremely comfortable but too high off the floor (I am 5’8” and found it difficult to sit on the bed without sliding off). Room coffee pod not tasty, continental breakfast had premade factory muffins, only Cheerios and Raisin Bran as cereal choices. We got coffee and breakfast at area cafés. Luggage cart needs caster wheels for easier steering (very difficult to turn into the elevator or around corners). Minor things that easily be addressed, nothing terrible :)

Close to lake, easy to park close to the entrance, quiet overnight, inexpensive and basic amenities, very comfortable mattresses and pillows, cleanliness of bathroom, room and bedding, rooms looked freshly painted, nice bare floors very clean. Large flatscreen TV, lots of drawer space if need, six hangers, open closet rack, full length mirror. Large pump bottles of Bath and Body Works shampoo/conditioner and liquid soap mounted makes accessing products easy in the roomy shower. Nice bright lighting in bathroom. Easy to get fresh towels, TP when needed. Nice room darkening drape. Housekeeping crew is friendly and does a nice job. Cozy cafe seating, but it would be nice to leave the chairs in place when arriving (instead of parking them on top of café tables). Only two accent chairs to sit in for lobby guests. Good value for the price.

The coffee in the room would not work with the coffee maker in the room. There was no coffee in the breakfast area until it was requested. It was very bad coffee. The garbage can in the breakfast area was overflowing.

Powdered creamer for coffee, yuk!! Even another guest I was standing next to commented that it was powdered. I tried it and it wasn't good, I ended up getting my morning coffee at the restaurant we went to. Please get liquid creamer for coffee.

Cleanliness is really a problem. When we entered the room, we found a rug under the chair and food residues in the cracks of the sofa. Additionally, since only a wooden door separates our room from the next, the noise from the children and their parents next door was very clear.

We did not have many choices when booking the hotel, so I am glad this hotel provided us with a stay at a relatively lower price compared to others.

The doors tend to slam shut. Not a problem except when you're trying to sleep. The road is pretty busy, and it isn't easy to cross and go to the beach. There is a cross walk, but it's about a half mile away.

Rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The price was a great value. I was pleasantly surprised considering what I was expecting for the price. They also had very good coffee. I would stay there again.

The sink drained very slowly. Bathroom vanity was very small.

I’ve stayed at this location a handful of times in the last 2 months. This last time however a man I never seen tried to charge me $100 deposit. He then proceeds to try and argue with me as I tell him I know for a fact they don’t charge no fee cause I have several receipts to prove it. I knew he wasn’t being honest because I have seen other people get checked in that have never stayed there before and they weren’t asked for a $100 deposit either. I know 2 of the girls up there due to them always checking me either in or out. Not once did they even bring up a deposit. I honestly feel like the man was being racist and nobody is ever going to convince me he wasn’t 🙃🙃🙃🙃. He seen a new face and he tried to try it. By the time I came back from my car with my receipts both physical and on my phone his whole tone changed. He said and I quote “Well because you’ve stayed here several times without incident no deposit.” Sir, That’s what the **** I said to begin with. He tried to tell me differently until I came back with proof. Then his story changed. I wouldn’t advise anybody of color to deal with this hotel if that’s how they really are when the staff aren’t dealing with the public 🤔🤔🤔 Cause that’s exactly the vibe I got from that man. He tried it 🙄🙄

Older building but it's been kept up well. My room looked like it had recently been renewed with out carpet which I loved! Pool area was again older but clean and enjoyable. We had an issue with our TV but the front desk person was at our room to fix it in a few minutes. Front desk number was difficult to find. 501 for front desk. Breakfast was toast, cereal, yogert... Room had a refrigerator and microwave. Will stay again.

We did not have towels in our room. The pool was freezing as well as the hallways like there was no heat on at all. My fridge had not been cleaned looked like a pop had exploded in it
