Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United States1: Of each room I've occupied at the Temecula 6 NEITHER had a refrigerator nor microwave oven. These are things that I consider necessary for most guests! This aspect alone tempted me to give a much, much lower score than I assigned them. Management should take note here, the only reason my score is NOT lower is due to the friendliness of their staff. 2 : All televisions are set to, "sleep mode" for appx 30 mins. in every room (well actually that may not be true, I'm making this assumption based on having stayed in two different rooms at this location). The Internet enabled, smart TV system in place in the Temecula 6 is an awesome setup, however I was not able to utilize it in either of the rooms I'd occupied, and the signal, extremely weak. This was extremely annoying. when I brought this up at the front desk it was immediately apparent the hosts at the front desk were not technically capable of helping. Would it be terribly difficult to have either one of the current staff members assigned to electronic / technical issues or possibly an outside helpline? The major purpose of my stay concerns real estate reasearch issues, utilizing the Internet for the majority of my work.
The staff in Temecula are very nice! They are also accommodating. Even the housekeeping here are very friendly and white helpful as well as personable!

United StatesCompared to 2 previous visits, housekeeping slacking off. When checked in, cleaning crew had left dirty rag on nightstand between beds, and a week later the cleaning crew left a big bag of towels and bed linen in the room without actually changing out the stuff in the room.
Location was near the freeway for easy getting around and to various places, also near the Old Town Temecula with it's restaurants, so was easy to walk and enjoy without taking my car (save on gas and parking headache), malls and a lot of big-name restaurants nearby (Longhorn and Black Angus steakhouses, and a Chili's Bar & Grill). Gas stations, including one that gas is under $5 (as of 7/25/24) nearby.
