Room smelt , microwave was unplugged and looked like it caught fire. Bed was super uncomfortable. Room didn't have toilet paper.

The bathroom sink had a slight leak and the jacuzzi tub had a crack in the bottom that was siliconed closed other than that, great room. Great value the great location

The air conditioning did not work was very uncomfortably hot, the jacuzzi stopped working and we had to wait for it to get fixed. No one was eager to fix ac or switch us rooms to accommodate for what I paid for. Highly disappointed

Door problem. Had to come with master key. Said they’d been having trouble with that door. Extremely low water pressure. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Ice machines weren’t working. Found something on the phone that looked like boggers or food. Tells me the phone hadn’t been wiped.

The AC didn't seem to work but the nights were cool so it didn't matter. The fridge was clean but when I opened it up, there was a cockroach inside. The neighborhood is very shady and the police were called at least once while I was there for a disturbance. I didn't get very much sleep either night because the walls are paper thin and the drunks are always so loud.

The price was right for a bed and a shower. That is really all I was looking for. The fridge was cold, so that was a bonus. I have used this motel before so I knew what to expect. The staff is great! The front office and the cleaning lady and the maintenance guy were all very pleasant and attentive. However, the staff can only do so much with a run down motel in a shady part of town. But they are sure doing their best!!

The pool was closed due to weather but was also very dirty. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. Looks nothing like the pics on-line.

Bed was hard as a rock. U sit on one side of bed and other side went up. Spoke to management about the guy working night i stayed there. He was rude when I told him what was wrong. He refused to switch me to another room.

Stayed on the first floor and there were kids very loud above our heads until 3am. I mean running and jumping all night. Room is located near busy hwy so beware of that noise as well. The bed was horrible and it was advertised with a sofa bed but there was only 2 mismatch dirty arm chairs.

It's setup more like a residential place & the people who live there just hang out around the property. Although the price was low, they should still clean the facility. There was trash everywhere & stains on the curtains, bedding & even floor. Old dirt was caked up in the corners in the rooms and it had a nasty feel. I didnt want to walk around without shoes on. I didnt mind the outdated furniture but if it was cleaner, then it would have gotten higher ratings. Another thing, one of the guests, maybe even a resident had her dog IN THE POOL AREA! That was super unacceptable but i didnt feel the need ro complain because it seemed like that was the culture of the environment. I kind of felt like I was in a somewhat decent trailer park and I say somewhat decent because the pool was super nice with a nice landscaped area.

Waiting for the deposit to go back on my card. Should be cash option. The base of the tub was broke. Toilet seat was too small and crooked. Had to watch sitting down. Stains on the pillowcase. Mold on the ceiling. Cigarette burns all over the sink. Old scratced up painted walls.. you get what you pay for.. not much.

The pool wasn't available. The bathroom was filthy. The flooring left black feet on my great-grandson. There was a lot of noise outside my room. I did not feel safe.

The rooms were very tan down, parking lot was very rough, the air conditioning didn’t work good-and was busted up. The beds were hard. I don’t ever remember them being so ran down.

Bathroom toilet tank had a plastic piece that lifted up everytime you flushed toilet and you got wet. The bathtub jazuzzi was dirty and stained up. The floor was dirty and the bed was not comfortable at all. The spring was pushing through the bed. It was smelly went I first went in. It smelled like dirty clothes and cigarettes. Sink for water was spraying out so you had to be careful. The washer or something was missing off faucet.

The shower and the sink in the microwave and the table wasn't clean and they are very old. They need to be replaced and there is no Wi-Fi.

The the entire room smelled like marijuanait was disgusting filthy dirty room I’ve ever stayed in in my entire life. The bathroom floor was disgusting. The toilet was disgusting. The shower was disgusting. The only reason I stayed I couldn’t find another room and I had people come from out of State For a fish trip.
