Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesWell… there was construction going on in the rooms. A facelift of sorts. While I was there, I was asked to move rooms so they could get to the room I was staying in and had nearly two weeks left with my stay. It was disappointing they had put me in a room without realising it was a room that was going to be worked on during my time there. After they “upgraded” me to a room with microwave and mini refrigerator, I found out, I could have finished my stay there as they were behind schedule. And they should’ve known ahead of time which rooms were meant to get face lifted and when.
The price was fantastic. The people are friendly.

United StatesI have been staying here for a month now working here from Indiana. I got a call today at work telling me I had to get out. I can only stay 13 days in a row, even though I've been here a month. Arbitrary and idiotic rule. I'm not a prostitute and I'm not cooking meth but that is what that phone call felt like. I have to get out on Christmas Day. I will leave and never come back. I have been working on the road for 21 years and have never been told to get out. Really bad business model. Never tell guaranteed revenue to GET OUT.

I'm homeless so I've been staying here for the awhile now. I usually check out and come back later to check back in because of money issues. But I've been in a few different rooms and they are always clean and well kept. Staff are nice , maintenance man is encredibly nice and always helpful when needed.

This is a motel right next to the highway colocated with a gas station and a coffee bar. Pretty close to the airport, but cheaper than other hotels that are closer. A utilitarian, cost effective choice.

It was very clean and comfortable. Very easy check in with friendly staff. The non-smoking room was really such and had no odors, like some other places.
