No pool even though it said it was open on the website and was the MAIN reason I booked them. Stains on my sheets, holes on the bedding, Hole in the bathroom door, stains all over the walls, and I don't know if there was breakfast but their lobby was closed that morning

My room was not properly cleaned. I was very disappointed. I frequent this facility and love NEVER seen a room in this condition. The previous person's mail was left, the floor wasn't swept, the bathroom was dirty. I cleaned it myself.

The pool was closed, no breakfast options. Room was in a high traffic area, and there were sketchy people walking abound and making noise all night. With all these things wrong. Price was a little more than I would have wanted to pay for this room. If I knew it would jave not been as advertised on website, I would have booked elsewhere. Will not stay here again.

Roaches everywhere! Changed rooms twice. Don’t get a smoking room they are crawling w roaches!!! Facilities are old and worn down, pool closed no breakfast at all, beds are like a wooden springboard, like old af. The only good thing about the third room we stayed in that night, was the chair next to the bed ❤️😊 other than that the dog next door barked all night and morning!!! 🤬😴🤕

First, there were homeless people right outside our door. Before bringing our luggage into the room, I immediately checked the bed. There was hair on the sheets and the fitted sheet was covered in black spots. We immediately tried to call the office but the phone didnt work. We just got back in the car and drove around to the office and demanded a refund.

I didn't like the fact that the first room the remote didn't work which they took care of they switched me rooms I was grateful but then the next room their housekeeping did an awful job there was stuff all in the floor on the sink I killed a roach and then literally all night you have tweakers outside yelling and screaming dogs barking people stomping on the floor above you all night Non-Stop

food was left in refrigerator from whoever had room before us. no toilet paper. floor looked and felt dirty. when I pulled covers back on the bed there were black marks on the sheets. there was no coffee maker in the room but there was a refrigerator and microwave. breakfast was very slim of variety. I got butter to put on my muffin and there were empty butter packs in the container with the butter. we were very disappointed in our stay.

Stains on the sheets. The air conditioner was so loud it was hard to sleep. Still using the covid excuse for no breakfast even though website advertised for it. Wouldn't stay again. Not worth the money

Site stated breakfast. Could not access inside lobby to use any of their amenities as they were barely open due to covid issues. Pool not open. Could not enter area to check in. Had to use window in wall to exchange funds for key entry to outside rooms only. Had officer patrolling area as high theft in neighborhood.
