One of the staff knock on my door asking me if I was checking out at 11:00 am I told her yes but I’m waiting for my husband he’s on his way here and she told me with a bad attitude checking out it’s at 11 Like u have to get out of the room now I told her don’t worry I’m putting everything out of the room

I have stayed a multiple Motel 6 locations and have never been charged a $25 fee to check in early. This was the first location. So I was forced to sit out in the rain for 3 hours tired and wet. No remorse or compassion for guest. You all should be grateful people are choosing to rent a room from there. You don't even serve breakfast. Do BETTER!!!!!

The staff is so used to scolding. Their guests because we don't follow their rules. Strip our own bed bring betting to office in plastic bag before ten a m otherwise, we do not get Clean sheets. Do you have to pay extra for a room with a mini fridge and a microwave. Do laundry eat your money? We were involved in a dog attack , A murder and serial burglary it'll was capture next door. Virtually no Wi-Fi to speak of 3 channels on the T. V. You have to get your own stopper from the store. If you wanna take a bath, otherwise, it's a moot point to get a soak tub. And last but not least, Joy, definitely not in the name. Rude obnoxious condescending

Old, abused, killed a cockroach on the wall, clientele noisy late, no stopper in the bathtub, one tiny bar of soap, no shampoo or lotion, bed linens ancient —fitted sheet came loose during the night, internet signal fluctuating in and out, TV signal fluctuations

Nice location, clean, air conditioning was good and on before I got there so it was pleasant, coffee available at the desk in the morning at 6:00 a.m. Rachel was nice

Price was still more expensive than a wyndham with pet fee(cost me $146 for 2 groundfloor rooms with pets), rooms were double the size there if not more. Handicap bathrooms was basically falling apart here

Look at my prior story

I’ve stayed there a lot I have had issues with rooms and I did complain and after all I spent in the last 5months I asked someone to comp me a room for all the hassles and nothing I even would be honest with the room the sheets a few themes were all ripped but we’re put on the bed anyway. I will still stay , but it would be really nice to get a couple days comped for me and by the way the reason I’ve been staying there is I’m homeless I don’t have a lot of money. And to get a room comped for a few days would really be appreciated.

After listening to a customer fighting with the receptionist for an hour, she sent me to a dirty room, then apologized and canceled my reservation also because the cleaning lady had not worked that day.
