We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe Moosewood Inn was by far our favorite place to stay in all of the traveling we've done over the last few years! The room was so cozy and comfortable! The decor was over the top. Every detail was attended to! The owners, Nicole and Brian, were amazing. There is absolutely nothing we would change about the room, the coffee bar, the bathroom, the massage/heat recliner!! Even the outside was decorated. I would recommend this place to anyone - couples, families, singles. We can't wait to go back.

United StatesOur only minor (very) complaint was a slightly slippery shower floor - a concern for both men in the group due to health issues.
Inn was exactly as described. It had the look and feek of a cabin in the north woods. Owner was pleasant, friendly and suggested the restaurant all 4 of us agreed was the best dinner (by far) of our entire trip.

We will definitely stay at the Moosewood Inn again. The rooms are exceptionally clean, well decorated and cozy, beds are comfortable, and the little extra features were welcoming. Their prices were very fair. Great location as it is not far from.Mackinaw Island, Lake Huron, and the St. Ignace casino.

United StatesMinor nitpick is that it’s slightly difficult to park in front of the room when surrounded by large SUVs, but there are plenty of other spaces should that occur.
Moosewood Inn is 1000% better than the major chain “suites” we have stayed in. The cabin theme was super cute, the room was very clean and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. We couldn’t even hear any noise from the surrounding rooms. The king suite was very roomy while the queen room was compact, but they both have refrigerators, large bathrooms and a shockingly clean coffee maker. The location is slightly away from the main tourist area but not far and it’s also close to Castle Rock and a casino. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if we’re ever up this way again.

United StatesThe shower didn’t hold hot water, so I had to adjust it once. It may have been due to the neighbors using theirs at the same time. No biggie, just took a little adjusting to get the temp back to where it was.
Super cute 1950s style motel but done up with a woodsy design. We were surprised we did not hear neighbors considering the rooms are next to each other. Just goes to show how well made these rooms are. Easy check in and we had a full coffee maker, mini fridge, and walk in closet to keep our suitcases hidden away.
