Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesWe asked to check in early and were asked to pay $50 more, that was fine, we were told we would lose our pool view, that was fine. We were not told we were placed next door and in the middle of a huge cheerleading convention. The noise was so beyond loud from the room next door I had to ask someone to come talk to them. Our walls were shaking from all their jumping around and yelling all night long, and the staff knocked on the door pointed at our room and told them I was complaining. NOT professional at all. I would have liked to have been at least warned of our new location and possible noise so I could have made the decision on checking in early to that room.
Nice location, big room, clean, food at restaurant was good.

Super nice and really clean. My kids loved the pool and the bubble party.

United StatesOverpriced. Power was out for 3 hours during the night and the emergency speakers system kept going off. We ordered room service and was quoted 45 minutes but had to call back 2 hours later and they said it would be another 30 minutes because they are so busy.

United StatesThe pool bar drinks were terrible won’t recommend, I wish the pillows were a bit softer and when we were playing outdoors games we saw huge 2 big roaches by the plants and bench. We immediately went inside as for the other lady with her child. Not a bug fan.
I love that the attractions are right next to the hotel. The staff were really great! Staff in the front were really nice as for the ones in the cafe. We were eating breakfast and Jessy was really nice/helpful. Also the man in the shuttle was kind and greeted us . The experience was awesome! Definitely would come back again.
