Initially we were planning to stay at the property for 10 days and decided to extend it for another week later. The management and staff are so welcoming, organized, supportive and friendly. And made sure that all of our needs were addressed in no time. Highly recommend this place. As a bonus - an enormous terrace with amazing views.

They need to tighten it up a tiny bit but overall they're doing very well and it was a very enjoyable experience and I will stay with them again for sure and recommend them. If you're paying four seasons Ritz-Carlton prices, that's one thing but this is a great deal and they're very nice people all around. At the facility and the owners company.

Amazing location, the building is very nice, two nice swimming pools, giant outdoor hot tub, right on the beach and chairs and umbrellas and amazing locations. The ambassadors are very receptive and responsive, there will always be some issues in life, but they replied back quickly and very politely addressed any issues and resolved them. Very good communication and service.

being charged to put your car away by valet after midnight almost as if we got a curfew or something… the fact that its valet only so you cant just go park wherever you’d like

- room needs an upgrade! For that money it has some old furniture. - didn’t like the smell of the apartment, had something moldy to it. - gym was not accessible 24 hours. - beach chairs only until 5 pm is a bit short and the time should be extended. - early check in and check out only available although they offer rooms that guarantee that.

Now, i don't know if pets are allowed there but the couch definitely had that, a pet was on it and they drowned it in something sweet smelling to mask the smell but it didn't work... the owner definitely needs to upgrade the chairs of the table, from far it looks good but up close it definitely needs to be upgraded, so does the tv stands etc...and the couch. The control for the TV also needs to be replaced. The place cant look half modern and half old Whoever cleans in-between stays needs to either open the doors while cleaning or get unscented cleaning stuff because the smell was sssssoooo strong....but overall I'd rent again just if those things are fixed.

I loved the view! I loved that the kitchen came equipped with everything so all you have to do was buy groceries.

The apartment looked in need of more care. Scuffed walls, closet doors that didn’t work very well. Dirty throw pillows. Terrace furniture in poor shape. Very dull knives in the kitchen. All seemingly minor things but enough to bring down the overall experience of the apartment. Needs some TLC and attention to detail.

The property has two very nice pools. The property has direct access to the beach. The view was very nice, although we only had a partial ocean view. Located in north beach which seems quieter and possibly better for families than south beach. Walking distance to less expensive, family-friendly restaurants.
