Very good location to town. It was clean and the room was very large. Nice to have the refrigerator and microwave along with small table to sit.

A few maintenance things were needed in our room like the bathrooms were due for painting/renovating and the bathroom doorknob was loose but super minor things compared to the convenience of the location and how friendly the staff was! Also we didn’t find out until halfway through our stay that our door did not automatically lock unless you press the lock button when you leave. Just a heads up! Otherwise it was a wonderful experience!

Great walking distance from Jackson Town Square and the rodeo! King bed was very comfy and we slept great. The staff was so kind and helpful! Our flight home got delayed an entire day the morning of our checkout day and although there was no availability that night at miller park lodge, they allowed us a late checkout so we could get things sorted out with our flight and finding a hotel for that night. Their kindness was so appreciated and really helped make a very stressful situation better.

They leave an envelope containing the code to open your hotel room door in a publicly accessible box. There is no staff on site, so anyone can access the code and get into your room. There are no other security locks on the room door to prevent someone with the code from accessing the room (e.g. no chain lock or separate bolt lock). It is an unsafe and unsecure condition. Additionally, since there is no staff on site, there is no one to provide services if needed. During our stay, we needed an iron. We could not borrow one from the hotel because there is no front desk or any staff to ask. They have a number you can call to request services, however, no one ever answers the line. In addition to the total lack of security and service, the room's AC barely worked and they only have blinds on the windows, which provide very little privacy and allows light to stream into the room in the morning.

There was hair in the tub. The tub floor looks as though it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly, It could possibly be because of the age of the bathroom. The room was very warm, the air conditioner kept kicking off. When you go to update your rooms like it looks like you tried to do, don't do a halfway job. People notice when your tying to put a bandaid on a gaping wound.

The location was excellent. Walking distance to great shopping and food. The deck outside our room had a beautiful view of the ski slopes, and was a great place for us to get together after a long day of training.

The bathtub had jets but were not functional. It would have been nice to have had a full length mirror.

The location was great. The room was spacious and clean. Enjoyed having the small kitchen area dinette table. Walking distance to the town and close to the national park.

Windows could not open and close again. However, a man tried to fix it. But not good. Could not close again. Parking area seems to be 1 lot too short.

It would have been helpful to have some countertops in the bathroom to put cosmetics on. There was only a bedside table and lamp on one side of the bed.

The lodge is very clean and well maintained. The bed was more comfortable than most. Everything was efficiently run.

The noise and soundproofing is a major issue! Admittedly the guests above us didn't seem too ever leave the room and we walking round in shoes/boots constantly and moving suitcases or what sounded like furniture constantly. But we could hear their conversations even! There is a lot of construction work going on around the hotel and at 4.45am on a Sunday morning they started up machinery right outside our room.
