You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

United StatesThe man that checked me in was very rude he said can you stop booking online…when I asked why he said you’re taking money from us…just call and book it’s the same rate…I informed him of the reason I use booking.com and he didn’t say anything else just tossed the key and when me and my kids drove by he flipped us off. We went back to the desk and I asked for his name and he stated he was the manager and honestly I probably won’t be back!

United StatesThe lobby smells like people still smoke in it on occasion. If not, the smoke stains still smell. At 5 am, someone in the smoking room adjacent to me coughed loudly for an hour straight so I wasn't able to get back asleep. The food options close by are subway and gas station food.
The location was convenient to the interstate. The room was clean and felt safe.

United StatesGot charged twice for the room still waiting on my $105 back for the second payment the room was dirty the sheets were filthy the bathtub was dirty I didn't have no toilet paper yeah I'm saying it was not a good stay in the fact I gave him the confirmation number with my ID and he still charged the card from the hotel and booking.com charged me through the app hey what's gonna take five to six business days to get my $105.00 back overall it just wasn't that great of a stay.
Just a room nothing fancy. Basic necessity were might. A/C was cold pillows were comfily. TV worked okay. I got a smoking room. They put me downs stairs.
