I had to change rooms twice before getting a decent room! My first room had pieces of the ceiling falling onto the bed and ash holes in the sheets. My second room had to be switched because everytime I came to my room, the door was wide open. Very unsafe

I booked a non-smoking room and the whole room smelled like smoke from guest in the rooms next door. Had to get febreeze and other cleaning products to make the room smell good. Found a spider in my sheets when I got there. But it was only one. Breakfast was continental NO EGGS OR MEAT.

The hotel was definitely not the cleanest and very behind the times. Our bathroom door was like a farm styled door which was a struggle to open and close and there was a literal hole in the wall. I stayed in this hotel years ago and over time I’m assuming the quality has declined.

Advertised breakfast. There was cereal and coffee in a room that had not been cleaned in quite some time. Toilet leaked. Shower was broken. Couldn’t maintain hot water. Crime. Had a car chase ending in the parking lot with guns drawn. Scary.

The rooms have become run down. missing pictures on walls, torn window seat cushions, no microwave or fridge, and things like the facet not working correctly-only goes to high and you have to turn it many times and carefully to get it turned off. Also the breakfast was always minimal but now there is no fruit at all, no protein in hard boiled eggs or waffle irons. Just some bread, small premade waffles, tiny muffins and a couple cereals. There wasn’t even tea bags or oatmeal so not sure why they still have hot water.

I have stayed here frequently for over the last 10 years. It is centrally located to shopping- specifically IKEA and easy highway access . I’ve always like the small compact comfortable clean rooms and bathroom. The staff has always been excellent too. Quiet location.

Building was not very nice. As soon as you walk in you smelled weed. People hanging around the outside making people uncomfortable. Rooms were dirty and had patches all over the walls and ceilings. Our first room bathroom sink came out of the wall when we were washing our hands, smelled of mold and standing water. Was able to get put in a better room, but the one we were in was the only room with disability access and it was horrendous. Would not recommend, and will definitely not stay there again.

Staff was accommodating to an issue we had in our room. We were immediately moved to a different room which was nicer then the one we were originally in.

The overall quality has gone downhill since COVID. Single employee was overwhelmed with incoming guests. Took 3 tries til we got an adequate room that matched my online reservation. Have stayed there several times in the past, but this was my last.

The location is great for concerts at PNC Arena - just an uber ride less than 3 miles away. The young male employee at front desk was nice (but could tell he was frazzled/overwhelmed).

I have always stayed here over the last 6 years and this is the first time that I found the property to have a bad odor and there were many many ants in our room. I had already booked this hotel for September when I visit again and I am regretting it unless they can figure out how to get back to their higher standards.

Roaches in room, water ran back over since an on to floor and the door to the room drug on floor, half of the light above the bed didn't work, Breakfast was not available as advertised.

The bathroom had a hole under the sink that had installation hang out of it. The outside of the building was not in good shape.
