Everything was clean enough, but I have never seen such a poorly maintained building. Sloppy wall patching, shelving loosely on the wall, sticking doors and windows.

The bed was comfortable enough and I was surprised to see the variety in the breakfast.

The nearby road construction made it difficult to navigate around the immediate neighborhood, as many roads were closed.

Internet would never hook up to my PlayStation and when asked the maintenance guy tried just a couple of things and said he didn’t know in top of of that had been getting a room on and off for 3 months then management decided that we needed to pay $100 which we never paid one since we been staying there bad enough that they go from $58 one day to 150 the next and want u to pay a 100 deposit on top of that is crazy

Room had unpleasant odor which I'm pretty sure was due to the excess moisture throughout. Once you turned the AC on to 'dry', the dampness on every surface went away, but the scent stayed. Shower was void of any sort of pressure but still managed to get the bathroom quite soggy due to a improperly installed shower curtain rod. The included breakfast consisted of yogurt, cereal and rock hard biscuits (gravy was empty). Front desk staff weren't all that friendly.

Location was close to all the shopping spots we wanted to hit and only a short drive to Falls Park. Room seemed fairly clean. Beds were comfy enough and loved that each one had 3 pillows!

Door did not lock. Hair dryer ripped off the wall. Cigarette burns on the tub and counter. Stool lid torn off and just sitting on the stool. Dirt in corners of the bathroom. No plastic bag to put dirty clothes in. No clock in the room at all.

Good location and ample parking spaces. Good price.

Hotel hallway smelled of chemicals (its possible that they had just sprayed for bugs as I did get a couple of flea bites) The bathroom fan makes a horrible squeal when it was turned on. Otherwise the room is fine.

This hotel is nothing fancy but for a one night stop its a good value. The room was clean and the beds are comfortable with fluffy pillows. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. This was my second time staying here. It has easy freeway access and is in a good location if you have to be at the airport for an early flight. There are lots of restaurants in the vicinity and the Empire Mall is just across the way. There were no sketchy people hanging out and I felt safe being in the parking lot at 330 am.

There was rarely someone at the front desk, our second night staying there we had to go get our keys redone because they would not work, the guy at the front desk then proceeded to ask my husband how many nights we were staying, and what room, and gave us two update keys without checking if it was us or on our reservation so anyone could have gotten keys to our room. Overall I feel organization and customer service could have been much better.

The breakfast did not give much variety, their yogurt was not in the best texture, but the biscuits and gravy were good.
