The location was easy to find and just a short drive to North Conway shops and attractions. The breakfast was excellent. It was refreshing to have a full service breakfast from a menu included.

The hotel feels abit old, but has the charm on an older building and not just a sterile, modern design like a Home2 or some other cookie cutter hotel.

The room was very spacious with three queen beds, which you normally don't find in almost any hotel room. Breakfast was order off the menu which was good, no fighting over some buffet style breakfast. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having the kids sleeping up on the loft. Parking was super convenient and the grounds were very nice with lots to do on site.

We had booked for dinner but reached late in the evening. Perhaps if we were told about the dinner timing we could have requested to order earlier. None the less, there are many restaurants around this place so we didn't find it hard to find something even at 10 at night.

We stayed only for a night. The location is great, good facilities & staff was polite. The breakfast was a la carte but was tasty.

Dinner was full without a reservation but we enjoyed going elsewhere. Staff directions to the next building for our room were a bit confusing.

Room was spacious, breakfast on site was easy and delicious. Loved the couch and lounge chair in the room in addition to the beds.

Teeny bathroom was clean but dated. Porta-crib quality poor: pad in it was wafer-thin on plywood; no fitted sheet for it—every time baby rolled over, the “sheet” came off, presenting a safety hazard for our infant. Breakfast area in need of a refresh.

Great beds, linens, pillows and lighting. Convenient parking. Very clean. Good water pressure and wifi. To-order breakfast was nice, as I would hope at this room price.

The loft rooms were perfect for our family of 5. Two beds upstairs with a second TV for the kids.

Sorry to say there were guests with bigger dogs off the leash at river access barking and being territorial at me..I chose to turn around and go back later not the farm's fault But the dog owners who did nothing to abate the problem. But that seriously was my only issue.. Note: I like dogs but not mean ones.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, Breakfast was amazing along with afternoon cookie time.. It's pretty simply quintessential down home NH, my room was lovely and clean and I felt safe. There are lots of family amenities And great access to the Saco River ..location is great its just enough outside of the buziness of downtown N Conway..I enjoyed my stay there and will be returning

Navigating property was little harder as example finding The burn from checkin station wasn’t easy I guess providing more instruction to navigate would be nice.

It was good middle of nowhere cut from City life. Great way to relax.

Room is adorable. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Loved the farmhouse/country inn vibe. Also, right on the river. Also, could get to the restaurant and hot tub without going outside.

Breakfast is perfect and makes you full for a long time. It’s a kind of restaurant food. Don’t forget about the cookie time 3.30-5!
