Kitchenette wasn’t great, no kettle as no hob so went out & bout an electric kettle, not enough towels. Pool area was too busy & not enough sunbeds.

Nice golf resort, also for non golfers ;-) Stayed there twice for one night, once in a spacious appartment/villa, once in a regular room (newly renovated). Big rooms with everything you may need. The whole Hotel area is very big. Self catering is possible and recommended. Gym was small but okay. Restaurant staff was nice but a bit slow, food was good. Overall a pleasant stay. Own car/transportation recommended.

There is no water in the room and what comes out form the faucet smells a bit like sort of a swamp. The door to the balcony does not touch the floor, you can see light under the door/there is space. This means the hot air gets into the unit all the time so the AC keeps running...like come on

Upon entry to one of my rooms I found a dent in the wall, and my unit was a handicap one which I didn't need. I also noticed a dog smell perhaps it was a service dog that stayed in our villa prior to our arrival. The smell was a bit annoying but bearable. .

The villas were nice and close the attractions. The rooms size was great but it definitely was a handicap room. Not what I signed up for. Overall, I will book and return again. As a matter of fact, my family even convinced me to stay an additional night. With all said I would recommend this resort.

Tried to get us to go to a timeshare meeting and the cleaner didn’t top up the milk and hit and miss with bath mats and tea towels, left one of the rooms unlocked door ajar when we came back and reception didn’t seem interested

Didn't clean room or take trash when we were in the room. Had a room charge from "the grille" that wasn't mine. Someone had read the room number wrong. The charge was removed.

The large screen TV at the Village pool not working for movies was pretty disappointing. That is one of the things our kids look forward to.

The registration desk agent. The agent kept insisting that the confirmation number that I had was incorrect. She was looking for a confirmation number that began with an "8". I told her the booking was with Booking.com and would not have such a number. She was polite but relentless. She said to leave and come back when you find that missing confirmation number. I was really upset. Finally, I decided to go back and seek out a different agent. He was very helpful and the 2nd registration was complete. I also did not like the cheezy outdated shower stall for the price I had paid for both units

This was a follow up trip from our stay at this facility from last May. Last year everything was excellent. This year I brought other family members with me and rented to 1 bedroom villas. Our room was supposed to be a room with great location. We were at the back of the resort overlooking woods and swamp. The second room was in an adjacent building but had the same view. Our room had an antiquated shower stall that looks like it was under repair, but not finished. The second room had a walk in shower that was more up to date. Staff before check in was not very helpful. After the check-in all went well.
