Unfortunately, this motel suffers from a lack of maintenance. Quite rough around the edges. I did not want to walk on the carpet in my bare feet. There were visible stains. Bedding however seemed clean.

AC did not work, thank goodness for ceiling fan gave some relieve, two bulbs burned out ceiling fan. No bulb in fixture by mirror, Had to be at least three feet from TV for remote to work. Toilet seat moves around. No hand towels or floor mat/ towel when getting out of shower. No flashlight provided to punch in stupid six digit code to unlock door at night. No office manager present on property to solve these issues have to phone.

I except that a room might be a bit shabby with an old furniture etc, but somebody's hair on the bedsheets or a thick layer of dust on the upper part of the bed are not acceptable in any condition. Besides though we arrive late, the room was still very cold, and it took 2 hours to warm it up with the small fan heater and be able to undress.

The mattress was good. Looks like they have been changed recently. A room got microwave and a fridge.

entrances to parking lot pot-holed and uneveone bed light not wor uneven; they provide cold cereal but milk was frozen; one bed light not working; office permanently closed, no staff on site.

I didn’t like that the bathroom was in disrepair and the wooden furniture needed refinishing. When we laid in the bed the mattress sagged in the middle.

The room was clean. I liked that there was a microwave and a refrigerator. There are good restaurants nearby.

The place is dated. Outlets are old and unsafe and plugs come loose. The rear window is missing a shade so the light at dawn comes in and woke me up. The front door look was not secure and the door hard to close. The water in the shower toilet and sink made loud noises when using and the shower had air in the lines. Crazy loud.

Location is great and the place is comfortable fitting my needs perfectly.

Great location but the property needs so work TLC. Room was dated but comfortable. It was the small things like blings not able to open close, outlets broken, exterior light on at night shining through and not been able to close the blind fully was frustrating. It was little pricey for the condition.

Had trouble with passcode in opening door. Found long black hair in shower-I have blond air; partner has no hair. Could have better vacuumed. Soap not lather.

Breakfast was all sugar items. We also had to call to get water or coffee cups and coffee. No one on the premises. The heat was not controlled and too hot.

I brushed up against the tv stand / dresser looking thing and it nearly tipped over. Wobbly is an understatement, a strong wind would push it over along with the TV. Black Mold throughout bathroom ceiling 7-8 bathroom tiles fell off so someone actually tried to wood glue them back on…. Wood glue expands, as such glue ran the walls and is also piled up on floor. Looks like sap running down a tree. Heard every single thing our neighbors said when they arrived at midnight

Rt 28 is a bit noisy.

Great location. Very clean and comfortable for a budget motel. Contact less checking worked fine. This a great place for hikers to stay. Very close (within 1/2hour drive) to several major trails.
