Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I always stay at Maple Tree Inn during my visits for work and play back to the bay area - it is a 10/10 business hotel and one that's super accessible to a lot of areas. The rate is fantastic as well, and that's primarily why I stay there - dependable staff, clean and convenient!

United StatesThere was only one negative experience there and it had nothing to do with the property. The one even I was there, there was a really rude woman speaking loudly on her cell phone — not using headphones but actually holding the cell phone! — in the hot tub and also was walking around in the pool doing the same thing for a REALLLLLLY LOOOOOONG TIIIIME. I left the pool area because of it.
The location was amazing, but the property itself was magnificent! I loved their pool and hot tub and the entire outdoor pool area was fantastic! Their breakfast that they serve is a full breakfast and not just something in a plastic food wrapper. And their coffee is really good! I will definitely stay there again!

United StatesSoundproofing needs work. Fellow travelers were quiet and respectful on this trip so I didn’t have any trouble sleeping but it could be an issue.
Location, unpretentious, and an excellent value. Free breakfast, working WiFi, fridge, microwave, and even a small pool and hot tub. It’s not luxurious but it costs a fraction of nearby hotels.

United StatesI didn't like the musty old smell when your inside the room and the door was hard to use the entire stay. We could easily hear neighbors loud tv, babies crying and slamming doors until 1am. This can occur at any hotel though but seems like walls or insulation is poorly constructed. This hotel makes a great effort in thriving for excellence but needs a little attention.
Great breakfast!!! There are so many options for food and it's free which is amazing. Parking was easy and close to hotel

United StatesParking is a little rough. However I don't think that was a problem of the hotel as mostly is was just very busy during that week.
I wanted to take a moment and especially thank the breakfast service staff. They were friendly and went out of their way for us. It was SO busy the week we were there and so many pushy rude people were there but I always saw them out there working hard and being so nice and polite. One of them went out their way to help my wife get something she needed. Breakfast it self was very good, rooms were clean, hotel was clean. I really had no issues and was very happy with the overall value of our visit. I will be staying there again when I come to visit the area which I do several times a year to visit family.
