Smallish room, no fridge in room

The breakfast outside hotel, the elevators very bad and only two tiny ones for hundreds of people using them daily, tiny rooms. I asked for one king room with one king bed , and instead I've got a small room with two queen beds, after months of reservations. Basically it was a motel, and not a hotel. I searched and paid for 4 star hotel, $345 a night, and I've got 3 star motel. With the same amount of money, I can reserve a hotel room with Wynns resort in Las Vegas. Comparing it with my previous reservation at Munich, Germany's Holiday Inn and the New York Holiday Inn, 360 degree difference.

Only 2 elevators are not sufficient during peak hours. I took more than 10 minutes waiting for an empty elevator to checkout (about 10:50 am). The first two arrived full and I couldn’t enter them. Finally, I’ve only got a spot in the third ride.

The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was easily accessible. The beds were comfy.

Location is perfect for those wanting to be central and also having the high line on your doorstep. The staff were very nice and professional. The hotel was under renovations at the time but on the 6th floor I couldn’t hear anything. The room was clean and modern. The staff made sure to tidy the room everyday and provide clean towels. Overall great hotel for a week in nyc.

The renovation work in the lobby was a little chaotic but didn’t impact us much. The elevator services many floors and can be hard to get into during busy periods of the day and there is no stairs you can directly take instead of the elevator.

The location of the property was excellent. About 5 mins walk from the subway. Room was really well sized for NYC and the bathroom was perfect. The staff were really nice and Anthony was the best!

Work was being done at the time in the foyer. Tap water was a bit off colour as a result. Elevator queues long.

the rooms are quite small, the bathroom is outdated, and the overall maintenance of the building is lacking. Additionally, only two elevators are operational, causing significant delays of up to 30-40 minutes to reach your room.

The value of location is too notch. The hotel is undergoing remodeling and my room had some nice upgrades from a previous stay. Comfortable bed and safe access

The lobby was under construction and had little space. The room had only enough space for clothes and since the bed is large (wonderful) the space around it is small. The bathroom is also small and makes it difficult to close the door. The TV channels cut out and did not work well all the time. I would have liked a little more light in the room.

I liked the bed, the bathroom and the location. The staff was very kind and helpful. They received a package and delivered it to me quickly. They sent me a refrigerator when I requested it. The shower water was perfect. The wifi worked very well.

The air conditioner / heater was very loud. Also the room was very small, but it’s New York .

The only slightly negative was how small the sink was in the bathroom, however all things considered this was not a big deal.
