Location was a long way from most of the casino. And the bar fridges have sensors so if you bump something in the fridge it goes straight on to your account.. wtf

Pool was nice although very busy and hard to get a sun bed.. breakfast down stairs was nice although very busy not cheap

Nothing, having been before we were not disappointed. Expensive mini bar !!! Only down side was the noise from outside, our strip view was near the electric billboard which plays all night, coupled with road noise. Compared to our room in Luxor it was noisy.

Basic amenities like coffee and/or tea, a microwave, and a refrigerator are not provided (you can pay an arm and a leg on top of the arm and a leg you've already paid to stay there for coffee and a fridge you can actually use). Also, while we were out for the day housekeeping still went into our room even though the do not disturb sign was on the door when we left (it was no longer on the door when we returned).

The rollaway bed was not goof at all. For $40 per night I was shocked at how old and uncomfortable it was. We had to adj for extra pillows just so my daughter could lay on them and be more comfortable. Aldo having to psy fir coffee?? This is complementary in the modt basic of hotels.

The hotel is just too massive and crowded, although the Delano side did feel a bit quieter.

The room was great, the restaurant Rivea was superb and the concierge was very helpful.

Elevators - the key card scan didn’t work half the time so would ride elevators up/down until it scanned properly.

The swimming pool closes quite early at 6 PM. It would be much better if the hours were extended by at least one more hour.

Everything was wonderful. The location for me was good. It is far away from the Strip Center but you have many options around you. The room was very comfortable. The staff were friendly. when we received the room there were a couple of issues, the TV in the room was not working and the faucet handle in the restroom was leaking, the Tech came and fixed them and offered us a dining voucher to use as compensation. Thanks!

Longer and later/earlier at night pool hours. After we were done gambling, walking the strip, sight seeing and napping we felt there was not enough time to enjoy the pools to wind down our day.

We enjoyed the pools and the aquarium. We liked being able to walk through 3 of the casinos to enjoy restaurants and shopping. Essential stores were great. Casino and room was very clean.

I felt one particular pool bar staff was quite grumpy hence lesser tips. Little sun protection around pool unless paid for. Some small details of hotel now looking worn and dated however very clean and presentable.

Great hotel and facilities very clean and staff were generally great. Lots of options for dining and snacks. Michael Jackson show was awesome. Room was excellent and bed was amazing!

Waiting time for Valet Parking Car Return. Waiting time for luggage. Floating rings for River Raft are not provided by the Hotel. You need to buy them. Causing add time effort, cost and waste. Too much one way, plastic dishes causing too much waste. Mandalay Bay Hotel is very large and a bit unpersonal, very commercialized - it’s all about money.

Fruit Salad for breakfast at Mandalay Bay was very good also the Loaded Fries. Cocktails and view from Skyfall Lounge 64th floor Delano Hotel were great! Drinking water fountain at Bikini Bar.

With the rate of skin cancer going up in the world, if you want shade around the pool you need to pay for it. This is terrible and it is not very responsible of the hotel to expect their guests to pay for this. You charge for just about everything else at a premium but come on shade around the pool should not be one of them.

Room was clean and had a lovely view. Location was great and easy to get to the activities we wanted to go to.

The beach was really dirty- the sand was full of crap. Everything costs ina edition to your stay- including all the taxes- watch out for the taxes. Could have done with more information on what is there
