Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesI don’t think they allow smoking in the rooms but there was definitely a musty smoky smell probably just from the casino. But it’s Vegas so I don’t think that can be avoided.
They upgraded me to Delano which was a one bedroom suite, very quiet and not too far from the parking garage. The room was older but clean and it had an additional half bath which was nice.

United KingdomThe staff. Not very good when we checked out. One member of staff wanted to commiserate regarding Tommy Robinson with me which I found frustrating as I believe he’s racially divisive. The check out receptionist didn’t ask if we’d enjoyed our stay. The pool. A lack of waves in a wave pool! The music was in constant conflict with the next door pool’s sound system. The fridge. We couldn’t place our water in without being charged $50.

United StatesI did not like that I could not use the refrigerator. That is ridiculous to me. To charge guests to use a refrigerator is appalling to me. I didn't bother to return with restaurant leftovers because I didnt want to pay the daily refrigerator charge. Also, the room rates were too high. It's not like it was the Ritz Carlton. I'll never stay at Mandalay Bay again or any MGM property if they all have a fee to use refrigerators.
I liked the decor of the hotel and the many restaurant offerings. The room was comfortable.

CanadaThey have taken away the buffet. Which was the main reason to bring family here. Also, charging for a tub on the lazy river is a bit too much.
The Mandalay Bay is a great resort .it has a lot to offer. Wonderful beach clean rooms with a spectacular view. There are tons to offer on site with entertainment,shark reef, and many excellent restaurants.

CanadaOnly thing is that it’s far away from the main part of the strip. We found we were spending a lot of our money on cabs and uber rides. We did discover later the tram service and it was so much easier and less expensive.
