Check in line was long and very slow. The location is a bit far from the main attractions.

Spacious com fortable room, big bathroom with separate bathtup a shower. Very comfortable bed. Nice views. Valet parking and rideshare very well organized. Express check-out.

I don’t think they allow smoking in the rooms but there was definitely a musty smoky smell probably just from the casino. But it’s Vegas so I don’t think that can be avoided.

They upgraded me to Delano which was a one bedroom suite, very quiet and not too far from the parking garage. The room was older but clean and it had an additional half bath which was nice.

No complimentary tea/coffee in rooms. Didn’t understand why they advertise a coffee machine in the room as to use the coffee machine you would need to bring your own mugs and coffee.

The rooms were spacious and beds very comfy. Everything you need is in the hotel with some good food options.

Check out arrangements. There is a telephone option which rang for 5 minutes with no answer. Tried to use the check out screen in the lobby but it did not recognise my reservation. Eventually had to go to a desk.

I didn't know there was coffee other than in the restaurants till asked the survey question above, long lines to get into diners and coffee lines. Elevator areas congested. Arrival had long waiting times, but helpful. A refrigerator would have helped so we could keep leftovers.

The staff. Not very good when we checked out. One member of staff wanted to commiserate regarding Tommy Robinson with me which I found frustrating as I believe he’s racially divisive. The check out receptionist didn’t ask if we’d enjoyed our stay. The pool. A lack of waves in a wave pool! The music was in constant conflict with the next door pool’s sound system. The fridge. We couldn’t place our water in without being charged $50.

I did not like that I could not use the refrigerator. That is ridiculous to me. To charge guests to use a refrigerator is appalling to me. I didn't bother to return with restaurant leftovers because I didnt want to pay the daily refrigerator charge. Also, the room rates were too high. It's not like it was the Ritz Carlton. I'll never stay at Mandalay Bay again or any MGM property if they all have a fee to use refrigerators.

I liked the decor of the hotel and the many restaurant offerings. The room was comfortable.

There were not room slippers provided and the bathroom floor was cold. Also, the room attendant did not restock wash cloths when remaking up the room.

this seems silly but the toilet paper was not good. when I pay over $1000 for 3 nights, I expect some nice soft 2 ply tp…not cheap stuff 🤷🏻‍♀️

We were not happy because it didn't have a refrigerator or a microwave inside the rooms or the hotel itself. Didn't know this and would have stayed at another hotel, if we knew this.

They have taken away the buffet. Which was the main reason to bring family here. Also, charging for a tub on the lazy river is a bit too much.

The Mandalay Bay is a great resort .it has a lot to offer. Wonderful beach clean rooms with a spectacular view. There are tons to offer on site with entertainment,shark reef, and many excellent restaurants.

Only thing is that it’s far away from the main part of the strip. We found we were spending a lot of our money on cabs and uber rides. We did discover later the tram service and it was so much easier and less expensive.

The front desk specialist that checked is in rude and didn’t explain any amenities and no WiFi info nothing.

Wasn't able to book a late checkout. Website said it was available until 3:00, front desk said they were only able to setup until 1:00. After a game at Allegiant stadium, elevators were jammed.

I was given an early check-in that was absolutely so appreciated. Room was better than expected very new, clean and spacious. The gigantic swimming pool wave pool beach set up was also fab.

The cost of literally everything.. pressure sensitive trays - get charged if u move something- hideous.. smoking aloud in the building- vile.
