We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe last day when checking out, the manager freaked out on us because there was something on the table and my two year old had gotten crumbs on the floor. He demanded we clean up before we left, to go get a broom and dust pan. His demeanor and the way he spoke to us was extremely hostile. It was crazy because the room wasn't bad, and the day before he making jokes with me. I tried to help him calm down and even actually got the vacuum and stuff and was cleaning it. Then he literally came in and took the vacuum and said we were gonna break it cuz he heard something go in it, and still refused to give back the deposit. I honestly feel like he made that whole scene just to keep 100 bucks. We recorded everything, to prove the room destroyed and his demeanor. Honestly it was weird and scary.

United States of Americaput me in a smoking room when I asked for non smoking. Coffee Thats ben sitting in a pot with mold. The popcorn ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart. it could easily be repaired. They really need to work on cleaning and maintance at this location

United States of AmericaWhen I booked our room I clicked on non-smoking but upon checking and going up to our room I realized it was smoking and they wouldn't change it, I had to constantly spray the room so my husband wouldn't go sleep in the car. The pool is nice but the railing to get in and out on one side is really loose almost caused my daughter to fall backwards and hit her on the side of the pool, luckily she caught herself!
The beds were comfortable, and there is a pool thats open!
