You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe wifi did not work at all. The place is very old so it has old amenities. The apartment needs a lot of work to be done to it.
I loved the location. The lady at the front desk was so sweet! She was very easy to talk to. I loved how the place felt like a home. There was everything you needed there. It was spacious. The bed was quite comfortable. I liked that there was a tv that had cable. Hopefully, soon there will be renovations. Nonetheless, my family and I had a great time.

United States of AmericaYou have to bring your own towels. They only gave us thin linens as a blanket. The bathroom is small. Kitchen needs to be updated. We had to throw the garbage to the street garbage containers. Ot worth the price.
I like that it was two bedroom and with double beds in each room. And it was at the ground floor. The staff was friendly/nice.

United States of AmericaThere was mold in the bathroom and ants in the kitchen. The doors were hard to open and close because of water damage, one door had no security chain. The advertised outdoor shower was not functional and looked as though it had been out of commission for years. There was no one in the office when I went to checkout, so getting my deposit back was a nightmare.

Ceiling was falling apart, stove is bent in the middle and burners are slanted making it unusable, room was not cleaned well prior to checking in, and the air condition window units had a thick layer of dust on the outside. I had to remove the filters on both window units and clean them myself in order to get the rooms to cool. The couch was visibly stained and dirty, the hose sprayer for the sink was black on the inside, and the outdoor shower was not hooked up to any plumbing.

There was dishes dirty there, used razor in the shower, pizza on the floor, questionable stains on the bed. And we had to push the couch in front of the door so nobody broke in

You disrespect any person and you will have the same attitude you give from anyone. We had small issue but maintenance came right away and fixed the problem. I would rent again. It is older building so if that’s not for you pay a higher price n go somewhere else everything here is expected with older buildings. We loved the closeness to the boardwalk and we had a great time here. We was a group of 9.

Kitchen outlets don’t work. dirty towels left behind from previous vacationers. pubes found on shower curtain. dried boogers multiple places. small pieces of trash and old ponytail holders on the floor, so you know it wasn’t vacuumed. The beds were broken (springs poking out) the office staff is ridiculously unhelpful and very rude. Booking.com was absolutely no help.
