We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI did not like the damage I can see has been done by past guests. This establishment did a remodel 2 years ago and guests have taken no care to respect this investment.
The team at this location takes safety seriously and provide a place thar is conducive to home for me. I appreciate the care they bring to the community. My absolute favorite part is walking into the lobby office and smelling all the wonderful food smells. It is very comforting to me as I am away from home and not able to cook my own meals, which I absolutely love to do. Thank you 🖤

United States1. The door key card does not work at all meaning you could just walk right in without your key card. 2. Had to run the water a minimum of 15 minutes to get hot water. 3. The floor was covered in sand, leaves, dirt when we checked in. 4. The clothing rack was hanging off the wall by 1 remaining screw. 5. It was clear to us that the facilites have not been using any of the income to pay for repairs and it shows. 5. Never again.
The owner/check in was very friendly, quick and easy.

United StatesIt was not really a dislike, because I anticipated that, for the price, there would be no hairdryer, and brought my own. No harm, no foul!
Quiet, comfortable bed, responsive climate control, room darkening curtains, appeared to have had recent upgrades-electrical, paint, bathroom fixtures. There were plenty of outlets for today’s electronic loads. Many more expensive places haven’t supplied wash clothes or facial tissue-the Majestic did. I also made use of the supermarket that is directly across the street. The WiFi was solid and reliable. I used both the refrigerator and microwave and both did their assigned jobs. All of this for about 50% less than other KF motels on my scheduled dates.

United StatesThe desk clerks told me I couldn't grill. That was no where in the policies. And they actually took my grill, not once, but twice. I didn't use my grill after they asked me not to and they stole it again anyways.

United StatesThe policies listed for this Motel indicated there "may" be a charge for pets. The policy should say there "will" be a charge for pets. I was charged an extra $15.00 for a very small dog. I was told this is their policy for all dogs.
The price was good for the Motel, until I was charged extra for a pet. Next time I will go to Motel 6. They don't charge extra for pets. Otherwise I would stay here again.

I don't travel with handfuls of cash nor do I want to hand over cash to somebody when I can't dispute it if they want to keep my deposit. Also, when I arrived, nobody was at the front desk or came when I came in the door. I waited for 15 minutes.

Turks & Caicos IslandsBad area, other guests uncooperative and instead of working with me on issues worked against me. Soo, I was "escorted" out before my booking was complete. Even though I had stayed here three weeks previously with no issues whatsoever. It seems the management took the same stance of working against me instead of with me. I did, however, get a refund for the unfilled dates. A small consultation for the inconvenience the situation presented, in a small town with limited options available. My room even had a plastic bag covering the smoke alarm, that apparently the top notch cleaning crew had missed from the last occupant. From someone like myself familiar with why someone would do that, a bit alarming that this wasn't handled before my stay.
