It wasn't the cleanest around the outside of the hotel. Other guests were long time residents who didn't clean up after themselves.

I didn't realize that I was getting a suite that had a kitchen, full fridge and cooking facilities. That was a bonus to our stay. We shopped locally and was able to have meals in our room. Very nice, clean, well-supplied kitchen area.

Very bad experience with front desk staff her name is Brittney she’s the only complaint I have about this place all other staff was incredible especially Tanisha n her manager Tanisha is very beautiful kind n always happy will do anything to help anyone we loved her n all others except for Brittney

The people hanging around the hotel at night are a little sketchy. They don’t look like guests and it makes the property seem unsafe.

The property was close to where we were meeting family, and central to anything we needed to do.

The walls had no soundproofing so the neighbors’ too loud TV sounded like it was in my room. The door handle was very hard to get the door open. The maintenance guy changed the batteries in the lock but this didn’t change the need to force the handle to get the lock to open, bruising my hand trying. One burner on the cooktop couldn’t be turned on at all and the other burner was so slow and weak it was useless for cooking. The TV only had basic cable and was mounted tightly so you couldn’t attach a streaming device to it. The Wi-Fi was often down or extremely slow. They definitely need to upgrade their Wi-Fi with so many people using it. The washer and dryer overcharged my credit card by several dollars. It has a Motel 6 vibe as far as the clientele but it was quiet overnight.

The bed was comfortable and there was a combined desk/table that provided a lot of useful surface. The lighting was one overhead light in the kitchen plus wall lights so could adjust the lighting for varying needs.

There was an eltronic beep in my room every few minutes that was very annoying. Maintenance never showed up in 3 days to address the problem. There were big cockroaches in the hallway, tho none in my room. Despite the convenient location across the street from Embassy Suites where I worked as a TA, I would never stay there again. The place did not feel safe and there was noise all night.

The location was convenient for work. I appreciated the comfy bed, full sized refrigerator/freezer, cooktop for making breakfast.

Room house keeping is not done at regular times. Can take more than 2 weeks sometimes to vacuum the room and change bedding.

Reasonably Better than many other extended stays in Denver.

Checking in was a disaster. Took a long time, sent to a room with a damaged door, unable to be used. Came back down to be reassigned another room (but wasn't sure which other rooms were cleaned and available?). Eventually, got resolved and enjoyed out stay for the purpose of being in the Denver area. But will rethink out return next time.
