There was no cable, so watching tv was challenging. the staff shared their personal login for streaming services. The shower drained slowly. Everything else was great!

The staff were professional and courteous. The place was lovely, very cute hotel near amenities. Water and snacks provided at no costs. This was great, as temps were 114 degrees. You didn’t want to go out to get water and desperately needed it.

The shower was quite loud, but the pressure was good. Others mention the roughness of the carpet but honestly I didn't mind it even without socks. The pool was a little small.

Really appreciate how attentive the staff are via email and text. Typically they would respond to my texts in under 2-3 minutes. They reached out when I made the reservation and again a few days leading up to my reservation providing door code and check in. Check in/out was incredibly simple and I was able to do so without ever going to the front desk. Most importantly the room felt extremely clean and clearly recently updated.

There's a lot to love about this newly renovated boutique experience. Very comfortable and well designed. And even though there was a glitch the morning we left due to a hot water malfunction, the hotel was generous with a credit and truly worked toward creating a positive experience.

This is definitely a sweet spot within walking distance of several fun restaurants. Creative, comfortable, great vibe. Chill pool and hot tub!

The customer service and attention to detail. I love the complimentary snacks and drinks. I loved the quiet and the small. I loved that there is no elevator!! I walked out my door to the fresh air and pool… Mahala was a beautiful find and I wish I could have stayed a few more days. The hotel was quite lovely…. But your staff gets you the excellent review!!

A/C in room struggled to get room cool even when it wasn't above 90 outside. Rooms could use a full length mirror / makeup mirror and a luggage rack. Had difficulty getting hot water consistently from the shower.

Great location near everything in Palm Springs, comfortable bed, nice pool / outdoor area, easy parking, staff was very receptive and friendly.

We saw a central fire pit on the pictures, but unfortunately during our stay it didn't go on.

Location was great, parking option was also good. Rooms are absolutely lovely, including the shower. We also liked the pool a lot. Hotel didn't have too many rooms, so it felt quite cozy and safe.

Mahala in Palm Springs is a gem. The location is superb. The room was spotless, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It's a relaxed and safe environment, and the option for luggage storage was convenient. Highly recommend for a great stay in Palm Springs!

Super clean and great ice machine (some hotel’s ice machines are gross. I came for tennis tournament and 20-30 minutes to the match places but it’s worth it!! TV screen are bigger than the pricy old resort and very quiet in the night. I’ll definitely switch to this place from the resort hotels.

Due to the many complaints about the carpet in the room I feel like a really good solution would be to add in some slippers or disposable flip flops for guests. The one thing I really would've loved for our stay is a robe for getting out of the shower and getting ready. My husbands one and only comment was the bathroom products (shampoo/conditioner/body wash) bottles were almost impossible to use. The bottles were too tough to squeeze and dispense.

From the moment we booked our room the communication was beyond our expectations. Chad helped us during our stay and I must say he made everything smooth and delightful, we appreciated our upgrade for our anniversay stay, that was extremely sweet! The property, pool and rooms were gorgeous and so peaceful. Our room was immaculate, super clean and it was such a bonus to have coffee, snacks and water/sodas/ in the fridge at no extra cost. There were lots of complaints about the flooring in the room which we didn't see an issue with at all. The outdoor grounds were very well kept and clean, lobby was very cool too!

Lovely little retreat, well appointed and great for relaxing and sleeping. Our room was spacious, bed comfortable and shower hot and powerful. Complementary snacks and drinks were very welcome after a long day spent driving cross country. A dip in the pool and a chill out session in the hot tub made our stay that more better too. Although we arrived late and didn’t actually meet any of the staff, I appreciated clarity of the instructions that were provided for late check-in as well as WhatsApp messages to ensure we were all fine and comfortable.
