Very minor but wasn’t crazy about the floral tree near the pool. Though pretty the petal’s flying all over on you, into the pool or into your drink got kind of annoying. Also, the flooring in my room was kind of rough or abrasive. Style wise it looks great but does feel great to walk barefoot.

It’s adults only, it was well decorated, clean and modern. Loved complimentary snacks and beverages as well.

The property was having a soft opening. Parking lot needs a secure gate, and the entrance needs to be opened so cars don’t enter and exit down the same driveway.

Most comfortable bed ever. Robert, the manager, was very helpful and nice.

Bring sandals, the braided rope floor is tough on bare feet. Could use a bit more light in the bathroom area and a full length mirror.

my only critique is that I wish there was a full length mirror in the room, but they are still a new property so hopefully they add one in. but even if they don’t, I am already looking forward to my next stay here!

I loved how new and updated the property is. the little touches felt extremely intentional and added to the experience of being a unique boutique hotel. the rooms were spacious and loved that the water was hot and didn’t run out. lots of towels as well!! the fire pit in the courtyard were nice, and even the pool is a bit warmed so you’re not dipping into a complete ice bath - but my personal favorite was the jacuzzi. the staff especially were fantastic and helpful for everything! the property is on the Main Street of Palm Springs, but at the end so it’s not too noisy or lots of foot traffic but only a 20 min walk to the best restaurants and bars

There is no storage. No closet. No dresser. No luggage rack. You have to expect to live out of a suitcase on the floor.

Location was good, best if you have a car. Rooms were very clean but somewhat spartan. Bathroom was good and the shower was excellent.

Air con / heating system seemed a little noisy.

This is a seriously stylish venue. Every component in the rooms has been chosen with care. The bed is super comfy with lovely soft pillows, the bathroom area is well thought out with the toilet separate and private. The complementary drinks and snacks were very welcome and ideal for enjoying around the pool area. It does get quite windy in Palm Springs but the pool is shielded quite well. The super warm hot tub is also worth a mention. The garden area has been designed to be extremely peaceful and showcases beautiful desert planting. The fire pit in the centre of the garden ensures that this area can be enjoyed after sunset. The hotel is also completely secure with a keypad entry system from the car park. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner who emphasized his desire to create a calm oasis and in my opinion he has certainly succeeded.

The hotel owner gave us lots of good recommendations on places to eat and shop when we arrived. We loved all the things this part of town has to offer, but for better or worse it is about a twenty minute walk to the very touristy center of town. The hotel is pretty brand new, the style is hip mid century modern, and the amenities were perfect for us. The rate was great.

Everything was great! Parking was included and on site, not a huge lot but large enough!

The hotel is super cute, they did a great job making this property updated and photogenic. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable, love the decorations and mini fridge. Lovely pool and hot tub. We loved the snacks and drinks in the rooms as well. On site parking was available and free!

only gripe was that we couldn’t get ventilation through the room. Room was compact but cosy but we couldn’t find an ice bucket

We stayed there during their soft opening so they are taking all suggestions into consideration. We suggested a luggage rack, black wash cloths and a lighted magnifying mirror. Hopefully they'll consider adding these. Otherwise, they got everything else right and we enjoyed our short stay.

Beautifully designed and laid out around a private center courtyard. Though located on the main road into the center of Palm Springs, it was very quiet and we had a good night's sleep. The bed, linens, etc., were very comfortable. The Manager was pleasant and helpful which we appreciated.

Hard to find something not to like… the carpet/rug in the room was just oddly textured for bare feet… but understand it seemed to match the decor of the room

Arrive after hours and departed early… staff were very accommodating to our unique schedule. The boutique resort vibe was meaningful to us. The small size also made it feel more intimate (as if we were the only ones there)

No negatives at all. I’d only not recommend if you’re looking for a party hotel. This is a chill-out spot.

This spot was wonderful. It was their soft opening, so the property was immaculate with impeccable design and touches. The staff felt like true hosts, like staying at a friend’s house. They went out of their way for us. The location was perfect…great coffee, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. Couldn’t have asked for more.
