We enjoyed everything except for booking a few days before our trip, which meant we couldn't get the pool heated. Other than that, it was fantastic!

I forgot that I had to ask for the heater in the pool, it was my fault because I knew it but I completely forgot it, they should remember it when paying

I don't think anything could have been better for the price. Even the pool was decently warm even though we did not pay for the pool to be warmed.

The rental home is EXTREMELY beautiful and well-kept! The Disney decorations and personal/special touches to the accommodations were very welcoming and added to the ambiance and enjoyability of the stay! Overall, this was an incredible find and well-worth the price for the comfort, size and location! I would highly recommend anyone to stay here and enjoy the luxury of this condo! :) Scott

The driving up first impression was disappointing. The front of the unit that is pictured is not seen by anyone unless you walk out the front door. It only faces other front door units with no view of the road…or anything. Where you park (where you first drive up to; first impression) is literally a back alley. That made me feel meh about the stay off the get go. Your first walk in the screen door (which is the back of the house) and you see a very small pool (pictures make it look bigger) so that also played into the flat first impression. Walking into the back door of the unit felt better because the condo/townhouse is nice and open, clean, and big. The downstairs room is not the master bedroom and doesn’t not have its own bathroom. This bathroom is shared with whomever is downstairs. The master bedroom and bathroom are on the 2nd floor. They rooms are good size with a ton of closet space. They don’t offer pool towels which is fine however; when flying in, beach/pool towels would take up a lot of mspace and weight in your suitcase. We had to use our bathroom towels at the pool. Most everyone at the pools (that we’re staying in the other units had the large striped pool towels that their units offered so it’s unclear why ours didn’t provide them). The management company is NOT good at responding to messages whatsoever. Questions are asked via the “message the property” button and they do not reply…or if they do it was days later when it’s too late. When we called because our ice maker in the refrigerator was not working. When I called the “emergency” number to speak with someone regarding the issue they did answer right away, said they would have someone over to look at it at 5:30 (I asked if anyone needed to be home for that and she told me no they have the door code) nobody came, nobody contacted us saying the person wasn’t coming.

Good size for our 2 families; 4 adults 5 kids. The property/resort pool is fun with music, drinks, food, etc….making it feel like vacation.

The beds are really hard. You have to purchase extra toiletries because enough is not provided. The pool from the house was dirty.

The house was a comfortable size. The community pool was great for the kids.

Had an emergency maintenance problem and couldn’t contact property manager because the phone was suddenly disconnected. Some amenities were not working like the coffee pot.
