I loved the spaciousness of the house and the decor was beautiful!!! I had planned to go out and do things during the stay but couldn’t get the kids out of the pool! The host, Crystal, was amazing with making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible! I left a few items and she contacted me to let me know and offered to send them to me when others would’ve just thrown them away.

Protection door alarm when someone forgets to push the button before opening the door. However, it’s very nice safety feature for the pool security.

Property is well taken care, clean, safe gated neighborhood. Each bedroom has a bathroom n TV. kitchen has all needed appliances n a pool to enjoy. highly recommend for families to have a nice relaxing vacation. The owner is very pleasant and instructions clear. Close to parks and shops.

Accomodates lots of people and best thing is that the rooms has its own bathroom so no need to share one. Also the host was very welcoming and nice, great communication if I ever needed assistance.

I was disappointed about not having an oversized tub which is usually the first thing I look for when renting (lol).

Walking thru the doors of this house was like walking into your own home. It was perfect. The decor was nice and moderate. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and anything that you could need. The bedrooms were amazing, with mattresses that felt like you were sleeping on a cloud (seriously). It was exactly like the pictures. We dealt directly with the owners. The hostess gave us a warm welcome and was very pleasant and accommodating . The surround sound and theater room were just like being at the movies. Will definitely stay again. Perfect for family and our vacation getaway!

I liked that it was a self check in and I was able to check in at a later time than most hotels.The Villa was very conveniently close to everything, including shops,restaurants, Disney.. The house itself was spectacular, every room had its own bathroom, the beds were very comfy, and nothing beats having your own private pool! It was also a bonus having a theater room! But most of all I appreciated how easy I was able to communicate with the property manager, whatever issue I might have had she was easy to get a hold of and had no problem assisting me with the accommodations.

The house was beautiful and the pool was wonderful for the family. The safety of the alarm on the back door made us feel so secure with young kids. We had everything we needed and Crystal and Lei were awesome and very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be back again!

Hot tube wasnt working The alarm was crazy annoying everytime door opened Damage Deposit wasn't correct/truth in description before renting A/c couldn't be controled it was lock on 72° which nights were hot for a 6 bedroom 2 story house. Kitchen lights were really dim Cable wasn't ready and working before arrival had to wait for cable person which made me late for a reservation and was told be techs that they tried to have it ready but home owner didn't want them in home alone. Check in time and out is ridiculous 5pm was my check in because cleaning lady needs 6 hours to clean which she didn't clean grill and hand marks and dirty spots on walls . Check out was 10am

The hot tube wasn't warmed and the owner stated it would take a full day to warm it. The door lock needed batteries during our stay. The Wi-Fi code provided didn't work. The homeowner had to come to the residence to make repairs.

The size of the house was perfect. Having a bathroom in each room was grest. The theater room and kitchen were also great
