You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaYouth group that came in our last day literally took over the entire second floor and piled food and drinks on all the tables. That eliminated space for work or meetings. That should not happen at a business hotel.
Room was beautiful and comfy, although the temperature didn't seem to change no matter what we set the thermostat to! Second floor was very comfortable. Location was excellent for the convention center and nearby restaurants.

United States of AmericaThe only thing I didn't love is that the hotel is near the downtown Police station so there are a lot of sirens. If you are not from a large city, you'll notice.
The staff was beyond amazing! I have travelled a lot for work and have never experienced this level of hospitality even at 5-star resorts. If I travel back to Louisville, I will be staying here again! Hotel was clean, WiFi was great, the restaurant was top notch!
