Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

First time tourists to Hollywood we were looking for somewhere be able to see the Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre, Hollywood sign, Beverly Hills, Runyon Canyon, Griffith Observatory and Malibu - and this place was ideal. The Hotel is very modern and nice - joined onto the Ovation Shopping Centre and have self-parking for £20. The room/suite was massive and comfortable with great views and a large 2 room bathroom. The lobby had a bar and bodega for coffee and pastries. They had a lovely 5th floor pool and bar. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We couldn't have picked a better place for or stay

AustraliaVery little. Had a couple of service issues in the room - very slow draining sink, empty bottles of conditioner - but they really did not detract from the overall stay. Hard to fault.
Great place to stay in Hollywood. Centrally located to many things, and a cut above many of the places around this area. The facilities were very good, the rooms were comfortable, and many things were in easy walking distance. Walking up to Runyon Canyon each day was a great way to start off. Particularly like the takeaway breakfast area behind reception - good range of food and drink for purchase. Would definitely return.

United StatesThree courtesy bottles of water for which you would be charged $11 per water if you drink them and a $28 destination fee that includes wifi use, when in fact I didn't need to pay that at all to get good service. It wasn't articulated well at all that you don't NEED to pay that to get wifi. I'm glad we tested it out before we paid that fee.
It is quite a lovely place in a perfect location to visit the walk of fame and theater. Beds were very comfy and the room was very nice. Our room also had a lovely view of Hollywood Hills. I got a huge discount through Booking.com so the cost for 2 nights was very reasonable.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough - it truly embodies the magic and energy of Hollywood. AustraliaIf you are after the Hollywood experience then the hotel offers that but not a lot from there. Lack of quality eateries around. We were on the 16th floor & a long way from the elevators but all day & all night you could hear the motor operating. You could hear upstairs guests moving around & guests talking next door, although muffled. Not a big concern but a hotel in this price range should not have that. Outside the hotel homeless people very noticeable. Although we weren’t threatened or felt unsafe it was sad to see.
Location from Hollywood perspective was a 10/10. Breakfast although expensive was excellent. Could not fault the food nor the service. 10/10. All staff were welcoming, super friendly, & only too happy to help. No complaints. Gym adequate, did not use the pool. Bed very comfortable & great pillows.
