Minor details....Roku TV - difficult to find local channel and we were provided no directions/guide/ listing. Coffee pot in room but condiments at lobby.

Spacious accommodations... lovely grounds...appreciate the cleanliness of the bathroom. Comfortable and charming inn.

This place has character! It so much reminded us of the places we would stay on our road trips years ago. And so very clean. Loved it for an overnight stay. The folks that own it were extremely helpful; we thought we had left something behind after our departure and they double-checked our rooms to make sure we hadn’t done so.

Everything was very clean. The room was well stocked with towels. Staff was friendly and check in/check out process was quick and easy. The cost was well within budget.

Truly a gem of a motel! Well maintained, vintage vibes. Clean and spacious rooms. Access to the outdoor pool was a wonderful bonus! Friendly front desk staff at arrival and departure. Close access to the Erie Canal Trail made for a perfect stop along my multi-day tour.

Some of the fixtures were a little tired, but it was not an issue.

Had a great stay. Not the fanciest of places, but the room was very clean and spacious and it had all the amenities you'd expect or need. It was perfect for our single night stay. Especially when the other larger chains were $150 more a night.

The rug in the room was old and looked dirty. The place itself needs upgrades.

Not much! Very flat pillows, does need some updating(esp. the ceiling in the room we stayed in), but I imagine that would increase the cost which would be disappointing.

Neat, clean, appears well cared for-little things like nightlights in the bathroom, wine glasses and corkscrew etc. Tons of towels in the room!

Room was a bit stuffy even with the air running. WiFi was very spotty and phone or tv would t stay connected.

Very clean and cute, the rooms are a little old school but it’s cozy. The staff are incredible! I had a few booking issues during my stay and they helped me correct them quickly and with kindness. Definitely reccomended!

Very friendly, helpful staff. We were offered the chance to upgrade to a larger room for a reduced price, which we took. As a result, we were upgraded to an even larger room, which was lovely and quiet. The whole complex was lovely. We were an easy drive down to the locks. We booked here as we wanted to visit Niagara bit didn't want to stay in Niagara itself. It was an easy drive of ~35 minutes over to the falls themselves. Very nice pool area.

The property exterior carpeting is tired and needs replacing especially on the stairs.
