My only real complaint is the price of valet parking for the hotel. When I first arrived into town it raining heavily so I had no choice but to valet park once I arrived to the hotel instead of parking in the garage across the street and walking. The price being over $50 per night is outrageous but the young men that managed the valet were very polite and professional.

I really liked how spacious and clean my room was! I also liked the fact that I was able to check in to my room 4 hours sooner than my original check-in time. All of the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I did not get a chance to use the fitness room but I did walk around to look at the equipment available and everything was well updated and clean. The breakfast buffet was also pretty good, a bit pricey but I was satisfied with my meal.

Although all of the rooms are non-smoking, ours definitely smelled of smoke. Coffee pot was missing a part and the towel rack in the bathroom was broken. Valet parking was $57.00 and the $25.00 "gift card" is charged to your room.

Very nicely remodeled. The bed was like sleeping on a marshmallow. Great shower! We arrived before check-in and the hotel stored our luggage and valet parked our car and we walked to the Superdome. We booked an Oversized king room with a city view, it did not disappoint!

The double king bed room layout was cramped and not as spacious as it appears in the pictures. It’s misleading but the staff was flexible to accommodate and change rooms.

Beautiful view of the city, beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was pretty. Amenities were nice and places to relax were nice also. Easy check in and check out.

The smell of the hotel wasn’t pleasant, slightly smelled of mildew in the in the common areas (lobby, hallway). I also didn’t like the “destination fee” which was $25/day whether you used it or NOT :/ & you could not combine it to all one day or it you went over on one particular day.

Overall, this location was money well spent. The location was super convenient, lots of food places near & the casino was across the street. The rooms were spacious, but the bathroom were tight.

The room was a bit small. The bathroom smelled like sewer the entire stay. The shower pressure was low. The hotel charges $100 cleaning fee that they say is refunded but I haven't received it just yet. Also when housekeeping came everyday and never changed the sheets just made the bed so I requested the sheets to be changed but the lady didn't speak English. They charge $57 a night to park

The location was great very convenient to access casino, mall, and bourbon.

The long wait to get our vehicle from valet. We paid too much money for valet parking to wait over 25 minutes for our vehicle while others came after us and got their vehicle. Very frustrating!

ICE ICE ICE. No ICE machines on any floor and then when you have to go to the hotle bar they make you feel it's an inconvenience!!!

Location Location Locstion. Across the street from Cesar Casino. Walking distance to Canal & Bourbon street. Good easy walk to French Market. Great hotel bar staff, especially Jamond!!! Rarely does a staff remember your name and your drink.

The A/C wasn’t working well. I had the thermostat on 60 and it felt like it was 74 in the room. My room was right across from the elevator so I heard that all night long.

The hotel was beautiful. The pictures on the website are accurate. The hotel staff were nice and welcoming. The location is perfect. I love the perks. Staying at this hotel I received a daily $25 room credit which I used at the bar lol. $2 street car credit, free bike tour etc. A lot of things are in walking distance. If you don’t want to walk you can get a street car or Uber. I would definitely stay again.

The sink seemed to be backed up never seen anything about the WiFi and because of the location of our room we heard the elevator all night long
