Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

i left my charger connected on the outlet. we change to another room to stay another night. i reported to security Michael & manager Mandy & was told my charger is not there. i have nothing on my luggage or truck so i know the charger was in the room . i live in Cali & need my phone for GPS. my partners phone was not charge either .

United StatesThe room was VERY dusty. Had to run a washcloth over every surface. Nothing else was dirty though, so it was just as if the room is rarely used. The curtains in our room weren’t the regular hotel blackout curtains so we had to ask for extra sheets to put over the window to help dim the light pouring in. No ice on the floor. Have to call and ask for ice.
The property was decent. The deluxe room we got seemed newly upgraded from a regular deluxe room. We even got a goody bag upon check in. We had an ironing board and iron which worked very well; that was really nice. The staff was SO amazing. Every staff memeber that we encountered was helpful and very friendly! Best part of the stay for sure!

United StatesIce machines don't work, you have to ask the front desk for it and once they do they give you a very small amount. If you ask for more they tell you, you have to but it from the store. Some rooms are very outdated, my daughters room had a box TV.
I recommend the suite for families, Two bed rooms two bathrooms, kids room has four single beds. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchen only has a microwave and small fridge, no coffee maker. The best part about this hotel is the beautiful river view. Will stay here again

United StatesThe tv in our room this time was an old tube tv and didn’t work well. Picture & sound were terrible. The bed also was uncomfortable this time for us. Room 2114. Also I THINK so people that aren’t guests are using the beach area. Would be good to check who goes in. It’s not fair to the guests.

United StatesThe restaurants here need some work. Each restaurant is missing supplies (ex. cheese, onions, cilantro) and many of the options on the menu haven't been available to purchase for quite some time, so an update is in order. The main restaurant Big Horn Cafe, was closed recently. That was a really good restaurant which I believe was one of the main reasons people stayed at the hotel because it provided good quality food selections compared to the kitchens at the multiple bars.
Friendly staff. Cheap or free alcoholic beverages depending on if you gambled. The general store makes it convenient to purchase a wide selection of snacks, souvenirs, beverages, and much more. The rooms were pretty clean. The hotel has a private beach on the river that is mostly sandy providing a nice way to cool off in the desert heat. A water taxi is available to take you to other casinos and hotels up and down river ($5 a person each ride)
