Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesWhen I searched places to stay, the app usually shows the total price of the entire stay. I searched for 2 nights, and the app did say the price being “for 2 nights”, which wasn’t true. I used this app often, and it’s always quite accurate. Anyway, I paid the double of what I had thought would be. Maybe I missed something before I selected.
The proximity to Yosemite National Park. There were a few places to eat in walking distance. I stayed in a cabin and didn’t use the kitchen, but there were plates, utensils, pots and pans, and other basic items for you to cook and eat.

United StatesWe hoped to check in early but the room wasn't ready and were told to come back at 1:00 so we could check in. We came back at 2:00 and there was a sign that said no one would be back at the front desk until 4:00. We also wanted to get coffee/breakfast at their cute cafe but it was closed on Tuesdays, so bad timing for us.
The room was spacious and had things like a fridge and microwave that were nice. The location was great and the grounds were beautiful with lots of flowers and well-maintained grassy areas to sit in. We also appreciated the multi-level parking lot that made it easier to unload on the second floor.

United StatesNo outlets by the beds. These days, you need to adjust for people with cell phones, that are used for alarm clocks too. Need an outlet to charge phones and preferably some USB ports. If you can’t, at least add some of those lamps that have outlets and USB ports. We don’t need LAN phones and alarm clocks by the bedside table. That just takes up room! The sinks were really old and I had trouble opening up the faucet (pull up kind). It was very hard. Time for a little upgrading, especially the sinks.
The location, close to Mono lake, is great. Nice to have a restaurant right on the property. Room was large, comfortable beds, quiet.

United KingdomThe rate for staying felt extortionate but I think that's down to the time of year, proximity to Yosemite and lack of alternative places to stay. Still felt very expensive for a nice, but quite normal, motel.
The Lodge is in a beautiful setting, is well looked after, and really easy to get to the Eastern entrance of Yosemite. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Lee Vining is a sweet place.
