Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBeds were very small, cleanliness in room wasn’t great as there was a lot of dust. Few maintenance issues in room such as toilet seat falling off and very loud AC. Very expensive if you want to buy food and drink especially breakfast ( a plain croissant cost $6!).
Location was perfect for a trip to Disney without staying at a Disney hotel. Staff were very friendly and facilities round the hotel were great. Loved that the room had a balcony to sit and enjoy a drink on. Lovely bar in center of the lobby to relax in.

United KingdomMore cheap/ quick service food options. Rooms need some TLC in some areas- but nothing that affected our stay (e.g. some of the floor sockets were missing a cover. It wasn’t dangerous, it didn’t affect our stay in the slightest, but aesthetically it wasn’t 110%). Magic kingdom bus service only drops off at Ticket Centre- you can get round this with a short 3 minute walk…but would be great if you didn’t have to
Location amazing with great links to HS and Epcot. Room great with plenty of room for a 5th sleeper (junior suite). For those of you with a family of 5- definitely look at this place over the disney 5 beds (previously stayed at port Orleans). Shower great. Bed comfortable. Use of the app to request extra towels and coffee was quick and smooth. Great food options at the pool bar (if a little expensive).

BarbadosI actually booked the Dolphin hotel however I didn’t understand why time of arrival listed online and do not follow it. My flight was delay and I arrived at the dolphin early morning as listed to find out the dolphin was fully booked which I could not understand cause the room was paid in full . After waiting 20 mins at the front desk I had to ask for management to find out what was the problem which no apology was given and was told I have to be relocate which was very unsatisfied with how the situation was dealt with and it was my daughter birthday . So unfortunately all the good stuff I stated is not for dolphin hotel it for the Swan reserve
The staff at the swan reserve were very friendly and professional thanks to the restaurant , housekeeping and the front desk who make feel welcome

United StatesSome of the hotel could use updating such as tile in main foyer and lamps in rooms. The housekeeping could be a bit more and it would be nice if they came around same time each day so you know when to expect them. Also all of the eateries were a bit overpriced even for theme park pricing. I wish it would have a refillable drink plan for duration of stay like Disney does.
Loved the location, the decor is beautiful, the hotel is clean and staff friendly and helpful.

The hot water was non existent for the first person showering. Maybe it was the furthest from the water heaters as well?
