Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesI liked that it was kind of within the Disney World property and that you can take a boat to and from Hollywood studios and Epcot. It’s a bit of a venture to Magic Kingdom - I also like that this hotel is included in the Early entrance. We also like a Couple of the restaurants: Shula’s and Kimonos. The meals at both were excellent. Also all the employees were very nice and helpful and all always had a smile and greeted you . When we checked in I expressed the fact that I picked this hotel because we were hoping to be able to view the fireworks over Epcot. I had upgraded our room to a park view hoping that would be possible. I was told that the room we had upgraded would not give us the view we would like, but I was told that he would see if he could get us a room that viewing the fireworks would be possible. Well he came thru and got us a room on the 3rd floor at lobby level with a balcony and low and behold we were able to see most of the fireworks from the balcony and on the second night we just left the curtains open a we could still see them from the bed. We were very happy with our room and would come back again for that and they employees there.
Very nice property - rather large and sprawling. You can get lost.

United StatesHallway carpets were worn and hallways extremely cold. As most everything Disney prices for basics like coffee were high ! Our room had a musty smell but friends room was ok.
Very large hotel but well organized. Very convenient walking distance to Epcot. Rooms were comfortable and well equipped. Accommodated us with an early check in which was appreciated. As everything Disney clean and friendly staff.

United StatesJust a note that the self park was not available at the Dolphin (where our room was) so we had to park at the Swan, which wasn’t too far but was difficult to figure out at night as there weren’t any well lit or easily seen signage for self parking.
Convenient location to accessing Epcot via boat or walking. Room was comfortable. Market on main floor had good sandwiches and plenty of options for snacks.

United StatesThe AC is blasting even if you turn it off. The valet parking takes 30 minutes to get your car. Aaaand we figured alrdy at Disney that the hotel doesn’t belong to Disney Resorts but belongs to third party that’s why you can’t really use your Disney rewards or card to charge to the room.
Location is great! Staff is nice . Amenities Awsome. EPCOT and Hollywood Studios are walking distance. The shuttle’s to Dysney every 20 minutes.

United StatesI requested no room service until asked for. On my second day I asked the cleaning lady, who was right outside my door cleaning the next room over, to refresh our toiletries and to empty the garbage. We then left for the parks. When we returned, the room had not been touched.

United KingdomOnly negative is when reception gets taken over by conference attendees. Would be nice for towels to be available when returning to the hotel after a rain storm.
The room was a good size, loved the balcony views and watching the fireworks. Staff were great especially at Rosa Mexicano our favourite restaurant. As always an excellent stay at the Dolphin.

Israelthe room bath and the view from the balcony
The hotel is ideally located, with an exceptionally helpful staff. The connection to Disney runs seamlessly, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. I arrived with my son and, while the stay was pleasant overall, there were a couple of disappointments. I had booked a room with a balcony specifically to view the fireworks show, and requested a higher floor. Unfortunately, I was placed on the third floor, where the view was partially obstructed by trees and buildings, limiting the fireworks display. Additionally, the bathroom was quite small and outdated, clearly in need of renovation to meet modern standards. The use of curtains in the shower caused frequent leaks, which was inconvenient. On a positive note, the hotel’s restaurants are excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes. I highly recommend trying all the dining options, including those at the Swan. Despite the room issues, it was a good overall experience.

United KingdomBeds were very small, cleanliness in room wasn’t great as there was a lot of dust. Few maintenance issues in room such as toilet seat falling off and very loud AC. Very expensive if you want to buy food and drink especially breakfast ( a plain croissant cost $6!).
Location was perfect for a trip to Disney without staying at a Disney hotel. Staff were very friendly and facilities round the hotel were great. Loved that the room had a balcony to sit and enjoy a drink on. Lovely bar in center of the lobby to relax in.
