Had difficulty with the stopper in the tub -- it caused the water to pool at my feet and didn't drain easily

The lobby was beautiful, my room was spacious, and having access to the shuttle was a bonus.

My A/C wasn’t really working and the iron and hairdryer were missing. I didn’t really need them so I didn’t address it.

The price was too expensive for one night, but we needed to be as close to LGA as possible for ease of commute the next morning for a flight. I previously stayed in Dec 2023 and paid a little over $400 for 3 nights and 4 days. This time it was $365 for one night. Sadly there were not many less expensive options in the area. So it seems to just be a more expensive time of year.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this property. It is a nice hotel, very clean and well kept. This time we could enjoy the pool and gym, so that was nice.

We only stayed a few hours as we were leaving on a very early flight. It was much more economical to stay there than to stay in the city and it is very close to airport.

Way too much going on in the lobby plus being too noisy that you would not rest properly. Sometimes I would think there was trouble and felt like my safety would be interrupted. Thankfully not🙏

staff sounds rude and not giving full attention to questions. we were given 2 towels only while we were 4 guests. when we called to ask for more there was no appologies but rather rude tone. the good part is that they brought the towels quickly

The staff was not friendly at all at the reception desk. The halls smell marijuana as the other room I had. When I arrived to my room and I opened the fridge there was a drink from the previous guest so they didn't clean it. I had to call so they can come and clean it. They were nice. The room was for 4 people and there were enough towels as toilet paper, but they brought them as I called. Absurd that I had to pay for the breakfast because the POS wasn't connected to my room.

The beds and pillows are hard and uncomfortable. The rooms can use some upgrades. The shuttle could be used for short trips within a two to three-mile radius and not just for the airport during the slow season.

I can hear the arrival and departure of elevator in my room at night. Two small coffee at the restaurant coffee counter was way too pricey. Parking was $30 per day.

Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Great location and the building is sound proof to airport traffic.

On check in, I was issued keys to a room. I went up, opened the door and was shocked to see that the room was already occupied by an man. I went back to the front desk and explained what had happened. The young woman at the front desk was apologetic and I didn’t make a big deal about it at that time. Later, when I had time to sit and think, I breathed a sigh of relief that nothing happened. This mistake could have easily put me in danger. My advice, especially if you’re a woman traveling alone, is to double check that your room is empty. Aside from this, the bathtub was dirty and there clear signs in the room that an upgrade is needed - torn bedskirt, stains on wallpaper, hair in my shower etc.

Property is conveniently close to La Guardia, so an option for people who would like to be close to airport. Exterior is nice, as is lobby. There is a bar in the lobby where you can get drinks and sandwiches. Staff was very professional.

hearing the airplanes taking off from LaGuardia airport, if I had known that, I would have stayed at a hotel a little farther from the airport.

They had just be bought by a major chain hotel so checking in was a hassle, they were experiencing electronic issues so you have to pay cash for items or a credit card, no charges to the room, and breakfast was excellent.

Staff at the reception was not very attending. There was a lot of confusion (they moved us to another room during our stay, they gave us the breakfast coupons for 2 instead of 3 person and they almost charged us the wrong amount at check out).

Free shuttle to the subway, free water refill station, snack store in the lobby, daily housekeeping. The ladies who served at breakfast ( especially Mrs Cindy) were very kind.
